“Trying to figure it out

Some features do their job but they are only usable for those who can actually understand the software.

Cons

i dont think it is easy to understand for an average user, needs more work to make it user-friendly.

Updating patient records with Healthland is easy peasy! The platform's online portal gives me access to all the information I need in one place, and it's very simple to navigate. I can quickly review and update records without unnecessary steps, which has made daily tasks so much more efficient. For anyone managing patient data, having this level of accessibility and ease really makes a difference.

“A decent option for an EHR

Pros

As a web based user I find it pretty convenient to access. Navigation is really simple making it easy for newcomers like me to learn.

Cons

I find that I often experience delays when I issue commands resulting in a longer response time of a few seconds. And the system automatically logs me out quickly if Im inactive for too long.

Its inexpensive but I cant find any advantages compared to our previous system which they acquired.

Using it is quite challenging Ive noticed that on some screens I need to have caps lock on while on others I dont. And it takes more than twice the usual time to process reports and it generates excessive amounts of unnecessary paper.

The font size is too small for some subcategories and it becomes unreadable at times for people with bad eyesight.

Looking at any patients record is very easy because i just have to enter the first name. It has been a great help and the software works flawlessly.

We havent had any problems adopting this EMR but it could be difficult for those who dont have any experience with such softwares.

We are able to use the software in almost every department of our clinic from administration to medical to accounting. It is an all-in-one solution. Impressive, very nice!

when I enter data in one section, it doesn't always populate in other relevant areas, which means extra work. Additionally, the amount of information required to input often feels excessive for the context. Streamlining these aspects would make the system even more efficient and aligned with practical use. I'm hopeful future updates will address these issues, as they would really enhance the workflow.
