A decent option for an EHR

Pros

As a web based user I find it pretty convenient to access. Navigation is really simple making it easy for newcomers like me to learn.

Cons

I find that I often experience delays when I issue commands resulting in a longer response time of a few seconds. And the system automatically logs me out quickly if Im inactive for too long.

Pros

Its inexpensive but I cant find any advantages compared to our previous system which they acquired.

Cons

Using it is quite challenging Ive noticed that on some screens I need to have caps lock on while on others I dont. And it takes more than twice the usual time to process reports and it generates excessive amounts of unnecessary paper.

I appreciate how user-friendly Healthland's interface is. Adding new information to patient charts is simple, and the layout makes it easy to stay organized. The font size is too small for some subcategories and it becomes unreadable at times for people with bad eyesight.
