Some of the features that were advertised are not included in the app. Its difficult to tell whether theres internal continuity in documentation and office processes for conducting tasks because there are so many different ways to do the same thing.

The biggest drawback with this system is that its not easy to use. You need a lot of time to get used to the system and the customer support is not much help either.

The voice recognition software makes the doctors life so much easier. They can easily dictate notes and also track where the patient is. I love the co-pay module and it sends me a notification every time the claim is fulfilled.
