It connects all the departments within a clinic and you can learn to use it within a day. The cost is also reasonable so we did not have to stretch the budget.
Cons
I am a new user of Intelligent Medical Software and as of now, i have not faced any issues with it.

The layout is simple and easy to understand,its also easy to navigate using this software.
Cons
Some of the features that were advertised are not included in the app. Its difficult to tell whether theres internal continuity in documentation and office processes for conducting tasks because there are so many different ways to do the same thing.

It offers a lot of features that can make our jobs simpler, such as flow sheets, patient management, and a systematic clinic flow.
Cons
The biggest drawback with this system is that its not easy to use. You need a lot of time to get used to the system and the customer support is not much help either.

Personally I like all its features especially the voice recognition one.It makes note taking a hundred times better and more efficient.
Cons
Sometimes the customer support is not very responsive and puts you on hold for several minutes. It takes forever for them to fix the problem.

It works well and we are satisfied with it for now because of the HIPAA compliance.
Cons
The software has a limited storage capacity and not good for our growing medical practice. We would like to switch but have not been able to do so because it would require too much effort.

The training did not help us at all and we were still confused by the end of it. The insurance protocols seem to be written by someone who has no understanding of the system.

The voice recognition software makes the doctors life so much easier. They can easily dictate notes and also track where the patient is. I love the co-pay module and it sends me a notification every time the claim is fulfilled.

Once I had to wait a while to get in touch with customer service but it never happened again.
