It is incredible how fast the software runs and you can get through so many bills and insurance claims in one day. Very impressive.
Cons
There are different templates but none of them fit the requirements and we have to customize them ourselves.

Pros
We have no problem getting our charts updated and insurance claims processed and everything goes according to schedule now.
Cons
The login details do not auto-save for certain accounts and they have to reset passwords. Not very efficient.

Customer Service deserves Appreciation!
Pros
I cant say enough good things about Simple Interactants staff and service. Their customer experience is superior to that of the majority of companies in whom I have ever operated in the past. They react quickly to any issues and are extremely polite. A 10/10 from my side!
Cons
Just need the system to be mobile-friendly as well, this can help speed things up for u in terms of productivity.

For some reason we cant use the function of transferring all information to our system this is causing some real problems for our workplace.

Cons
It does not have any functionality. We have to calculate the bills and make the edits manually.

Worth the switch
Pros
We switched from another software to this one and it has solved all our problems. They have far better customization and it is very intuitive as well.
Cons
The only thing we wish it had was a better dashboard with bigger icons.

We are working with Interactant for a while now and it helps us keep track of all patients and their progress.
Cons
They should introduce more options for integrating it with other laboratory testing programs.

I wish we could rebill the patient instantly too instead of waiting for a day to allow it to process.

I can easily upload documents to the system and I get email alerts for when a file has been updated so I no longer have to manually check

The best thing I like about using Interactant is that I can reopen existing journal entries and make adjustments from there. This saves my time and removes any room for error.
Cons
The report writing module is not very user-friendly and I have faced some trouble creating, editing, and managing my reports. I wish they would improve that feature as well.

Moreover generating case notes is made easy with a comprehensive mental health status examination. Additionally you can monitor the progress of treatment by linking the treatment plan and case notes. The software also includes a comprehensive list of all psychotropic medications.

The software provides mental health providers with a comprehensive set of features. These include CPT codes assessment forms consents a calendar that is fully integrated with automatic patient reminders and the ability to connect with a clearinghouse for electronic billing. The software also comes with a patient portal which makes it simple to create clinical notes and a telehealth platform that is both helpful and functional.
