Pros

Our company is relatively small and we need a software that keeps us all on the same page when it comes to managing work. Itrust just happens to be a software that can do that for us. Some of the features we really love include the fact that it is a cloud-based, all-in-one practice management EHR. It also has this cool patient self-service interface, which raises patient involvement. It also allows us to have a point-of-sale system to aid our financial department. All in all, this software has been amazing for both doctors and patients.

Cons

Now I’m not sure if other people have had this issue but for me, their customer service seems to be really lacking. You would assume they will be constantly available to help their customers, but most of the time I need any help I’m left hanging with the caller tune. I must say that when i do get them to help, they get me the right kind of help. But the way they just make you wait can cause most of us to just hang up before they get around to helping us.

Pros

The thing I love the most about iTrust is the in-app chat feature that connects patients and doctors directly, eliminating the need for an admin to be a mediator between the two. It also saves a lot of waiting time for the patients. It saves the time of our doctors as well by providing stable access from their laptops, tablets, and basically anything that connects to the internet.

Cons

E-prescription is not as smooth as it should be. And the integrated calendar often fails to remind me about upcoming appointments. I have to manually check it twice a day just to be sure I’m not missing anything.

Pros

It's an all-encompassing system offered at a remarkably affordable price. It comes with features like two-way texting and E-Rx, and there are no contracts or charges for updates!

Cons

I only wish it had been available years ago! I spent thousands on outdated systems that offered just a fraction of the functionality this one has!

Pros

The EHR system is intuitive and the pricing is fantastic. It even includes in-app two-way texting. Additionally, there's a profit-sharing referral program, and it was developed by ODs. The tech support is also excellent.

Cons

I wish it were offered for more healthcare professions so that my other doctors could use the system.
