A user-friendly tool for your practice!
Pros

We have a pretty decent, kind of expanding-sized business, with both new and old employees. So it can be a little bit difficult to keep everything well managed and organized. Thats where iTRUST came in like a champ for us. It is very intuitive software and quite user-friendly as well. With the help of the patient portal, clients can set up automatic reminders for future visits and orders as well as communicate with our professionals with the messaging feature. For POS operations, we have found it so much easier to instantly generate itemized receipts.

Cons

We can’t help but notice that ever since we updated the software, there have been some issues. For instance, the system starts lagging when we are trying to log into the portal for more than one patient at a time. This is something that needs fixing as soon as possible because sometimes workload is a lot and we need to do a couple of things at once. This includes opening different patient profiles in different tabs at the same time. Instead of saving time now we often sit stuck, waiting for the system to respond.

A good option for small practices with limited manpower.
Pros

I’m not sure about others but for me, time saving is everything when considering software. Especially if I am the one who is responsible for all sorts of admin-related tasks. iTrust has been amazing at managing the appointments since the patients themselves can schedule an appointment. That is, by using the real time scheduler linked to our website. Messaging features are great and the patients can actually set recurring reminders for future appointments as well. I love working with real time data and iTrust’s strength is in the analytics it provides along with the e-receipts needed for our practice to keep running smoothly.

Cons

It could use some better-prepared reports. The daily summaries it provides are great when summarizing what has happened during the day. All the information is clearly presented so that we can make better business decisions. However, it lacks real customization available for the reports. I would like to focus on the metrics that actually affect our work and would like to extract them in the report separately. I haven’t been able to do that.

The best optometry software out there
Pros

I highly recommend the software because it’s so easy to lose at the low learning curve. This is the only one with an all in one platform that allows you to use every part of the system or just parts of the system. There’s nothing that I did not find more efficient than this software.

Cons

I wish this was used in all healthcare professions apparently this is just use an eye care wishes bad because many other professions can benefit from using this amazing software

Pros

This is the best optometrist software because it’s so easy to use and learn. It’s an all-in-one platform that allows you to streamline your office.

I only wish this software was available years ago I’ve wasted so much time and money and other software is this is the best one to use

Great if you get the hang of it.
Pros

To be technical, there is a lot to love about this software. With iTRUST, we can send data to the labs for accurate analysis and diagnosis. It then also provides us with a thorough report view complete with batch reporting and graphing, which is pretty awesome. Another important thing is that you can e-prescribe medications and get in touch with patients by contacting any pharmacy in the world. This really saves one a lot of time. I personally love the fact that I can alter my workflows with simplified charting. This software has a bunch of charting templates that allow us to reduce any human errors and complete patient assessments.

Cons

It seems a bit outdated. Not that I have many issues with it. It just looks a bit boring and slow on the screen compared to other software available in the market. Not that the looks should be a priority over the quality of work it gets done. But it is still a nice thing to not let your screen bore you while you try to work. A little bit of customization here and there can go a long way I suppose.

Excellent patient management but comes at a cost.
Pros

iTrust software is great with accessing and updating patient records. We have successfully established a fully collaborative system in our clinic since we can now easily share the data with any other doctor for a quick opinion and complete an examination. We have the option to quickly e-prescribe any medicine and work on claims submitted by the patients. Sending messages is also a feature I’d like to mention since it offers very customizable templates which can save time on repetitive messages like “check your email” etc. And best of all, the calendar is very interactive and handles our appointments very well.

Cons

The only problem is that iTrust does not cover a lot of professions. As a result, we have had difficulty implementing the software in our hospital and initially a lot of doctors felt left out of the system. Though they have worked to add more professions, most of our issues have been resolved. We are still hesitant to add more doctors to our team since we’re not sure if their way of working can be accommodated with iTrust or not. Our senior most doctors are still reluctant to fully move to the system.

A great tool for small practices.
Pros

iTrust was the most affordable, easy, and simple to use software I could find to optimize workflow at our practice. It provides automated scheduling and administration technologies that have made our patient care just so simple. It has a very decent and easy method to mark prescriptions. It has helped us with booking, real-time scheduling, auto-reminders, and making smooth transactions. Overall, it has just improved the operational effectiveness. Some of the old timers at work have had a great time learning how to use this software, so its clear to say this one is for everyone.

Cons

Not much to say about it really, considering it really helps us in doing all that we need to be doing at an optometry business. Having to jump around with certain tabs open can be confusing, causing you to accidentally close the tabs you do not want to close. Having it all put together on a single page like an organized filing system would be just great. Other than that I must really say there is nothing that comes to mind. Its brilliant otherwise!

An All-in-one Practice Management EHR!
Pros

Our company is relatively small and we need a software that keeps us all on the same page when it comes to managing work. Itrust just happens to be a software that can do that for us. Some of the features we really love include the fact that it is a cloud-based, all-in-one practice management EHR. It also has this cool patient self-service interface, which raises patient involvement. It also allows us to have a point-of-sale system to aid our financial department. All in all, this software has been amazing for both doctors and patients.

Cons

Now I’m not sure if other people have had this issue but for me, their customer service seems to be really lacking. You would assume they will be constantly available to help their customers, but most of the time I need any help I’m left hanging with the caller tune. I must say that when i do get them to help, they get me the right kind of help. But the way they just make you wait can cause most of us to just hang up before they get around to helping us.

The best EHR in this price range
Pros

The thing I love the most about iTrust is the in-app chat feature that connects patients and doctors directly, eliminating the need for an admin to be a mediator between the two. It also saves a lot of waiting time for the patients. It saves the time of our doctors as well by providing stable access from their laptops, tablets, and basically anything that connects to the internet.

Cons

E-prescription is not as smooth as it should be. And the integrated calendar often fails to remind me about upcoming appointments. I have to manually check it twice a day just to be sure I’m not missing anything.
