I no longer have to deal with paperwork or hard copies for filing thanks to documentation.

When it goes down or has an issue, I cannot control the problem and have to wait.

I cannot see a list of all client schedules at once, nor can I view all client rooms or therapists.

In my career, I've used several EMRs and Kipu is the easiest. Setting it up is simple and writing notes takes 5 minutes or less. Kipu is the best I have used so far.
