Pros

Well Kipu makes it easy for me to complete documentation and that too in an excellent manner.

Cons

Navigating between documentation days and checking what has been completed for individual clients can be time-consuming for me.

Pros

I honestly think KIPU is way better than other systems out there. I love using it as it got the right amount of complexity to make sure all records are kept properly, including the legal stuff, but it's still really user-friendly.

I find that having immediate customer support is not always easy to come by.

It's very easy to navigate. I have used other EMRs but this one is the best.

I have no complaints about this system as it is very easy for me to use.

Pros

KIPU EMR has everything you did want in an electronic medical program. It took me about two months to fully get the hang of it but once I did, I could really see the benefits it brings to our daily work. My company relies on KIPU a lot for team communication. Everyone in the office uses it and we are able to view each other's entries, which makes things so much easier. I like that I can share documents with clients parents, let them review them online and even have them sign documents remotely. Parents can be in another state or even another part of the country and they can still access any document I share.

Cons

It took me about two months to learn all the tools needed to make KIPU an "everyday" user-friendly system for me. I like everything about KIPU. It's now easy for me to navigate and its the "end all, be all" system for all of my company's electronic medical record needs.

I find Kipu to be very organized, user-friendly and secure.

It logs me out very often, but I understand its necessary to keep sensitive client information secure.

Using KIPU is super easy for me, and their support team keeps things simple and easy to understand.

I think there should be some new forms available to help with therapy notes.

Personally, I love KIPU. It's such an easy system to use for entering client information, and it makes my job so much smoother. Also it is very self-explanatory.

Well, the password updates every three months which is annoying especially when I am used to logging in and out regularly every day.

When I first started with ARC, I found KIPU really simple and easy to learn, and some of our staff picked it up quickly too.

Nothing serious but I feel like having more training modules to fully understand how to use the system would be great.

KIPU has excellent resources for keeping information safe, which I really like. Plus its comprehensiveness makes everything so much easier for me.

The program is super user-friendly, and I find it really easy to switch back and forth between different parts of program.

I do not like how certain labs are not labeled so I have to click through each one to find something specific. The same goes for previous provider notes; it would be helpful if they had the provider's name next to them to know who saw the client last.

Our experience with KIPU has been great overall, and we are excited to add more services to help us manage our business even better. Because having a reputable and solid EMR system like KIPU with many features that will help us manage our clients as we grow is proving to be highly beneficial for us.

Pros

I really like how easy KIPU is to use, plus it’s great at collecting and managing tons of data on each client. Also all data types are kept in one place and are easily accessible for me and my colleagues which makes us like this product even more.

Cons

The customization options for linking it to other software are pretty limited and I kind of wish it could connect with other databases. Right now, it feels like it stands on its own.

There is nothing else I would like to add when it come to cons as overall, it is the easiest and most user-friendly system I have used.

Pros

Overall, KIPU has been great for us. It has all the functionality we need, and the options are pretty easy to get used to. I specifically need a client portal that lets me do my note-taking and charting while also keeping track of and auditing records, and KIPU handles that really well.

Cons

I have never been fully happy with the CSSRS. I think it could really use more options, like an "N/A".
