I find KIPU simple to use and it provides a help tab with detailed instructions. Scheduling is easy and offers a layout that supports quick viewing with options like day, week and even monthly views.

Cons

KIPU can be slow and glitchy at times but the software providers and administrators work hard to fix any errors.

I am grateful for KIPUs consistent tabs that are visible on every page within a client's chart. This makes it easier to switch between tabs and access essential information while documenting. I also like how effortlessly I can send documents to approved guardians for obtaining consent forms, release of information (ROIs) and sending weekly summaries. The duplicate feature is also convenient when writing notes, as it carries over information that remains unchanged on a weekly basis.

It would be great if the nutrition exposure notes could be displayed as group notes allowing me to document each clients meal or snack on a single page instead of having to open each clients chart separately.

Functionally is one thing like the most. it operates smoothly most of the time. Or it will say that once you know where to look everything is effortlessly accessible.

I have noticed several incorrect grammar and typos throughout the system. Considering how much it costs there really shouldn't be any spelling mistakes.

In the beginning we considered it a "con" that we had to identify all the parts and documents we wanted in the system. We thought it would be a simple plug and play solution that we could modify quickly. However it turned out to be a fantastic benefit as the Kipu team helped us integrate our existing documents and provided insights on their standard documents and tools.
