Its extremely accessible and the user friendliness is outstanding. The customer service representatives are always friendly and personable.

Cons

During the afternoon hours Kipu tends to freeze. I assume it happens due to heavy user activity. It would be great if this issue could be resolved.

The simplicity of Kipu is outstanding. It has been used in every treatment center I have been to during my recovery journey and is also implemented in the treatment center where I now work. This platform is simple and perfectly suited for this field. All I want to say is thank you kipu.

“KIPU Makes Documenting Seamless!!

Pros

As a therapist KIPU provides an exceptional product for the mental health field. This system is user friendly, easy to navigate and directly relevant to my daily responsibilities. KIPU's comprehensive end to end solution enables me to chart patient progress, write progress notes, treatment plans, intakes, discharges, medical charts and clinical assessments, all in a single platform. It is undoubtedly one of the easiest systems I have ever used, removing all the stress from documentation and note taking. I absolutely love this system and highly recommend it!

There is nothing to complain about. Everything is already preloaded making my documentation process seamless.

The systems navigation is simple and logical. Compared to other systems it stands out.

Cons

Currently, we don't use it for medication management/follow ups but only for appointments. However I am sure we will in the near future.

Pros

Everything is easily accessible. I can see what the entire team writes and requests for the client. I highly recommend it to any facility that writes clinical notes, conducts interval rounds and takes progress notes.

To be honest I don't have any complaints. The dashboard even uses color coordination to indicate the treatment progress of clients.

The ease of use is remarkable. The labels are helpful and customization is effortless to meet the needs of our patients and staff. Reports can be generated as well.

The platform can be overwhelming for the specific work we do at ROSC. The training did not efficiently meet the needs of the few first time users. After a few hours of trial and error I managed to navigate Kipu without struggling. I rate this platform 6 out of 10. Throughout my career, I have been familiar with Powerchart/CAMS and I have enjoyed learning Kipu now. Thank you kindly.

I like the time saving auto populate forms feature. The red flag alerts are also a fantastic reminder.

Most of the times the medication logs don't allow for copy and paste which can be frustrating.

Pros

I love how Kipu offers multiple of features that allow our staff to efficiently complete all tasks. From admissions to entering shift notes and sending messages to colleagues everything can be done within the system.

Cons

For now I have no complaints. I am happy with the systems current setup.

Pros

Kipu is very intuitive. It uses color coding to differentiate clients and their statuses. The color red draws attention to current medications and pending first responses ensuring you're aware of upcoming tasks. The tabs are easy to read, guiding you through each step of every task. I can easily customize profiles to prioritize the clients I work with the most.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that sometimes on my work computer even when the internet is available, Kipu fails to load. That is why I keep an extra tablet at work as a backup plan.
