“Everything I need
Pros
What I really like the most about Kipu is the ability to input and store all the key information without the need for pen and paper. I can easily access and review each clients information at my fingertips.
Cons
The only thing I dislike about KIPU is that if I don't use it for a few minutes it automatically logs me out. and I have to sign in again each time. It would be helpful if it stayed on a little longer.

Pros
I like the fact that KIPU is intuitive. Its easy to navigate and I can make updates swiftly.
Cons
It is annoying that not all forms and fields are retrievable. Some forms can be accidentally deleted and lost forever. I believe there should be an approval process or the ability to retrieve all forms.

Pros
Sorting has proven to be valuable when dealing with clients. The programs versatility has been beneficial, allowing me to access client data through partial matches, as well as first and last names.
Cons
Sometimes when entering data in text fields like dates if I switch to another box before it updates, the data in the previous box isn't saved. mainly when the ordering of items has changed such as alphabetical sorting.

It would be great if the patient list could be sorted alphabetically by their first name not just their last name.

I use Kipus library to support treatment planning/strategy. Additionally Kipu has a section with multiple assessments that are convenient and useful.
Cons
If login issues arise Kipu being a secure system requires administrator assistance.

Medication, nursing assessment, progress notes and dashboard.
Cons
Treatment plans are overly complex and all staff members struggle with this feature. It would be better if the resident's picture appeared lower down near the 8 am medication pass, as I often have to scroll up to remember who I'm looking at. Nutrition tracking is challenging because I need to view one meal or snack at a time to assess the resident's eating habits.

KIPU is the best platform I have used throughout my career as a counselor and case manager. Its intuitive and easy to navigate.

Pros
Personally I find all the appointment scheduling products great. Telehealth is incredibly user friendly and clients rarely encounter issues. The treatment planning options are easy to implement and effectively track the success of each goal and objective. Once trained and using it daily it is relatively simple to navigate.
Cons
The ability to schedule appointments in the past is my least favorite feature. Sometimes its necessary but I can't override it with a "save anyway" option in the scheduling. Overall the product is excellent.
