“Everything I need

Pros

What I really like the most about Kipu is the ability to input and store all the key information without the need for pen and paper. I can easily access and review each clients information at my fingertips.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about KIPU is that if I don't use it for a few minutes it automatically logs me out. and I have to sign in again each time. It would be helpful if it stayed on a little longer.

Pros

I like the fact that KIPU is intuitive. Its easy to navigate and I can make updates swiftly.

Cons

It is annoying that not all forms and fields are retrievable. Some forms can be accidentally deleted and lost forever. I believe there should be an approval process or the ability to retrieve all forms.

Pros

Sorting has proven to be valuable when dealing with clients. The programs versatility has been beneficial, allowing me to access client data through partial matches, as well as first and last names.

Cons

Sometimes when entering data in text fields like dates if I switch to another box before it updates, the data in the previous box isn't saved. mainly when the ordering of items has changed such as alphabetical sorting.

Pros

It is user friendly! Generating reports and submitting insurance claims is a walk in the park!

Cons

It would be great if the patient list could be sorted alphabetically by their first name not just their last name.

Pros

I use Kipus library to support treatment planning/strategy. Additionally Kipu has a section with multiple assessments that are convenient and useful.

Cons

If login issues arise Kipu being a secure system requires administrator assistance.

Medication, nursing assessment, progress notes and dashboard.

Cons

Treatment plans are overly complex and all staff members struggle with this feature. It would be better if the resident's picture appeared lower down near the 8 am medication pass, as I often have to scroll up to remember who I'm looking at. Nutrition tracking is challenging because I need to view one meal or snack at a time to assess the resident's eating habits.

I find the tabs extremely easy to locate and use. Adding a client is also a simple task.

Cons

I genuinely like everything about Kipu. I don't think there is anything I do not like for now at least.

Everything is neatly organized and easily accessible in a single location making it incredibly simple to learn.

Cons

I have no issues with Kipu. Whenever I don't understand something or need assistance the tech team is always quick to help.

KIPU is intertwined with every aspect of my job. It streamlines documentation and ensures a smooth and efficient workday.

I would prefer not having to change my password as frequently.

KIPU is the best platform I have used throughout my career as a counselor and case manager. Its intuitive and easy to navigate.

The occasional glitches it experiences can be frustrating especially when I need to complete notes.

Personally I find all the appointment scheduling products great. Telehealth is incredibly user friendly and clients rarely encounter issues. The treatment planning options are easy to implement and effectively track the success of each goal and objective. Once trained and using it daily it is relatively simple to navigate.

Cons

The ability to schedule appointments in the past is my least favorite feature. Sometimes its necessary but I can't override it with a "save anyway" option in the scheduling. Overall the product is excellent.

I really like the simplicity of using Kipu from inputting medications to taking notes and ordering meds.

I love being able to see the register at a glance. Additionally the ability to review provider notes for order verification is a great feature.

I believe it could be more intuitive when it comes to charting needs. Additionally it would be helpful to have multiple uses such as appointments and follow ups.

I was introduced to this software and I am very happy with it as understanding and utilizing it is quite effortless.

Personally I prefer speaking with a person but I understand why using chat is easier to manage for those who program it.

It is beginner friendly in short perfect for beginners. This software is not complicated at all to comprehend and learn.

There are occasional delays and freezing but they consistently release numerous bug fixes.
