I appreciate that they're so prompt with their communication. I never have to wait long to get a timely response, which is really important to me as a patient.

Great for sharing forms and photos

Pros

I love being able to text or call and to send/receive forms and photos easily.

Cons

Merging charts can be tricky, especially when you're new to klara. Linking patients can be unreliable and they sometimes don't show up in searches. That might be an issue internal to the office though.

Pros

I really like that it lets me see my next scheduled appointment right away. I don't have to go searching for it or call the office to confirm.

Cons

Overall I am pleased with it as a patient, having to enter my DOB every time I log in is a bit annoying, though it's not unbearable.

Limited and hard to customize

Pros

I really appreciate being able to message patients directly.

Cons

I really wish we could email patients directly from the platform. And while we're on messaging, the character limit feels way too short it would be great if we could write a bit more. It's also a hassle that we can't handle simple customizations ourselves. Having to contact Klara for every little tweak really slows us down. And the forms! Once you import one, it's nearly impossible to make adjustments. It just locks everything down, which is a real pain

Saves my voice

Pros

This has totally saved my voice. After a day of back-to-back phone calls, I used to be completely hoarse. Now, I can actually talk after work!

Cons

Patients are signing up again without checking past visits or records, so we receive duplicate or even triplicate accounts which leads to unnecessary headaches.

Pros

Sending and receiving messages is so incredibly easy. It feels just like texting, which makes communicating so easy.

Cons

Creating templates is pretty difficult. It eats a lot of time and exporting them to PDF when formulas are involved needs even longer.
