A few elderly patients share one phone number, which means you can't list them as two separate profiles under that same number.

“Handy for group messages”

Really handy to send the same message to multiple patients at once.
Cons
One thing we've found frustrating with it is when a patient is 'checked in' at the office, sits in the waiting room and then 'confirms' their appointment, Klara moves the appointment back to 'pending'. If the front desk isn't monitoring closely, they won't notice the patient is no longer 'checked in'. With a patient load over 200 this becomes a daunting task

“My experience with Klara”
Pros
What I really like about Klara is how it sends appointment reminders to patients on time, giving them a chance to communicate their needs easily. It keeps everything running smoothly!
Cons
The cons of using Klara are when entering the patients in cobilty they dont transfer over all of the correct information sometimes.

“Performance has dropped”

Fifteen months ago, I found that this software was significantly more user-friendly and simpler to use compared to its current version.
Cons
Unfortunately, the updates to the program have made it much harder to use. It's been down more often than before and the issues it's caused between me, my team and our patients have really impacted communication and productivity. It's been taking up more resources to handle the problems. While the Klara team responds quickly, the results haven't been great. I even asked for some sort of credit for the inconvenience but they said no. I'll give them a little more time to fix things, but if it keeps getting worse, I'll have to look for another option.
