“Easy to send secure texts”
Pros
It's fantastic how easy it is to send secure texts directly to patients. It keeps our conversations private without any extra effort.
Cons
Merging patient charts is extremely frustrating. When a phone number appears on both records and you remove it from one to combine them, you can't then enable that number on the remaining chart. The only workaround is to unlink the records, re-enter the phone number and then link the charts together again.

“Fast and easy to use”
Pros
It runs fast and is really easy to use, plus the client feels speedy, sends messages in real time instantly and lets me route messages to the right person.
Cons
I tried clearing the window to delete past chats but they still show up and old files remain visible.

Pros
We can reach patients quickly without spending lots of time on phone calls. Reminder texts have reduced our no-shows and patients are able to e-sign forms and upload updated insurance details.
Cons
Sometimes it's hard to merge or link charts.

Pros
Sending appointment and order messages to patients through the app is very simple indeed.
Cons
Honestly we haven't run into any major problems with Klara so far. The real issue really is the patients, many simply refuse to adopt the product because they don't want to deal with unfamiliar technology and change.

Pros
Efficient messaging is the thing I like best. It lets me reply quickly back and forth. There's also a reminder that nudges them to read their messages.
Cons
Some glitches pop up sometimes but likely it's because of connection problems.

Pros
It's incredibly easy to use and the best part is we get immediate replies from patients. It's also super simple to create fillable forms for them to complete.
Cons
My one big issue is that I can't push a mass broadcast message out to all our patients at once. I have to contact them individually, which is really time-consuming.

I love that I can message my doctor's office instantly and they send all the forms for me to fill out online before my appointment. It saves me so much time and really cuts down on all the paperwork they used to have me do in the waiting room.

“I LOVE IT”
Pros
I really like how simple and secure communicating with patients is! Many prefer texts over calls, so texting makes following up quick and much more effective.
Cons
I have not really run into major issues with Klara but one annoyance is how cumbersome exporting images can be. When a patient sends a photo about a skin issue our protocol requires uploading it into our clinical system and occasionally I struggle to extract, download or format and then save those pictures properly.

It needs to filter out other offices. For example,it shows me every single office under the main DermDox umbrella. I'd really prefer to see only my own office's information instead of getting overwhelmed with everyone else's.

I Love using Klara, it's how we send new patient forms. We can ask questions there and patients upload their insurance and IDs. Everything syncs to the chart automatically and I can tell when messages have been read. Highly recommended
Cons
