Confirming appointments is smooth and standout features let you send broadcast messages, talk about a patient within the team and hand the chat off to a colleague.
Cons
Some glitches crop up, you're unable to delete certain messages and you also can't add some numbers to patient lists even when they're cell phone numbers instead of landlines.

Nothing good, it's awful and the support makes it even worse.
Cons
Klara's customer support is awful. Everything has to be done online, with no option to talk to a real person and when you finally reach someone they often don't know how to help.

“Useful features, awkward navigation”
Pros
It predicts the patient when I type their name before I hit enter and the video/audio quality is generally good. I can drag and drop items into a message. Sending several invites at once and seeing on the home page who has joined or not is really useful.
Cons
Navigation is awkward , you have to back all the way out of one patient before finding another which is cumbersome. It should also remember my AirPods so I don't have to select them every time I start a call. I'd like to preview an attachment in a template before sending and there should be a way to nudge patients who haven't read an invite.

Super easy to use and feels safe even our senior patients are comfortable with it and can contact staff and clinicians fast.
Cons
Right now, we have to import all patient phone numbers before we can even start messaging, which blocks us from getting started right away. A feature that would make a huge difference is push notifications for conversations that are specifically for me. That way, I wouldn't have to constantly open the app to check if someone has replied.

Its totally my fault. I accidentally sent a note meant for a colleague to the patient because I didn't double-check the recipient. Whoops, haha
