Though I don't personally utilize remote self-scheduling, I appreciate the ability for patients to manage their personal information, receipts, forms, and credit card info.

Additionally, the process of uploading photos of insurance cards and photo IDs, which is required for telehealth, is not user-friendly. It would be beneficial if patients could directly upload their own photos of their insurance cards and IDs to reduce steps and enhance ease of use.
