We're really impressed with how user friendly the POS system is as it keeps things simple for both our guests and our team. Also managing online bookings has become incredibly easy and hassle-free.
Cons
I wish the platform supported text-based marketing campaigns as that feature is missing. I'd also really like to see a team scheduling and payroll module similar to what Propsi provides.

“Mangomint just works”
Pros
The Mangomint support team is simply outstanding. And yes, there is a learning curve but it happens whenever you start with a new piece of software. Still in my view their salon platform handles everything I need and then some.
Cons
I have not really run into any issues with this system so far. Because this is my third salon software platform, it did take me a bit of time to get used to the new workflows and features but I more or less anticipated some bumps when moving from the old system to the new one.

Pros
It is pretty easy to use and very clean. Also the layout is modern and user-friendly, and it genuinely seems customized to beauty professionals. Moreover scheduling, managing clients and reminders all work the best. And it frees up my time, helps me stay organized and offers my clients an amazing booking experience.
Cons
At the start I found there was a small learning curve and I wish a few features offered more customization, though it is not a big deal. But after I got comfortable with it, the whole system ran smoothly.

Pros
To start, I absolutely love the onboarding I received as a new customer. The way the team holds your hand and walks you through each part until you fully understand how the platform works is amazing. This made me feel confident from day one. One of my favorite bits is that while setting up services, there's a place where I can require a client to view an upsell or add-on options, which helped increase my bookings. I also really value the ability to have a separate phone number so I can text and call directly inside the app instead of exposing my personal line. Client scheduling is simple and user friendly too, importing all of my client information was painless and saved a lot of time and overall it feels well worth the money for the features offered.
Cons
Honestly the main thing that has bothered me is creating an offer with a promo code. So to me the functionality felt a bit restrictive. And though I found workarounds for every scenario I tried to build, but when I wanted to set up a very specific promotion, it became somewhat annoying and took extra effort. Even so, it's far from a deal breaker for me.

Pros
I'm really fond of Mangomint as it's incredibly easy to use. Beyond that I can message clients and send them flows that really boost their experience.
Cons
One change I'd like is to book a client directly without retyping their name. When checking someone out, it would be easier to just click their profile and book them from there, without extra steps.

Pros
Mangomint is user-friendly for both our staff and our clients. Even the interface feels fresh and uncluttered, so scheduling and handling appointments is not an issue. It also runs quickly and reliably, fitting well into our salon's everyday workflow. Things like online booking, automatic reminders and detailed client notes cut down on admin and let us deliver a more personalized experience.
Cons
I do wish it connected directly to our Moneris payment system, since the lack of native integration can be a bit problematic at times. That said, I have found a few workarounds and it has not really created major problems for our day-to-day operations.

I am very likely to recommend Mangomint's software. One of the best parts for me is their customer support and chat as it is fast, hands-on and genuinely helpful. The team treats you kindly and consistently goes the extra mile. Beyond that, I really llike their drive to innovate as they keep the product feeling fresh and are continually rolling out changes and new features for a relatively young company. I mean they don't stand still. Also their Learning Center has been a lifesaver as I cannot think of an issue I couldn't solve by consulting it. Overall between the responsive support and the amazing self-help resources, I feel well supported using this tool.
Cons
Nothing major but I'd like to see more powerful, in-depth reporting tools added to the platform. It would also be helpful if they improved their discount-tracking system to make promotions easier to manage.

“Highly recommend for any beauty business!”
Pros
There are so many things I like about it. To start with their customer support is outstanding as they are always helpful and fast to respond. Plus I enjoy using the desktop and mobile apps for scheduling and sending texts to clients, and my clients really like the online booking feature too.
Cons
Id prefer if they give us the ability to switch the desktop calendar to a full week view so I can plan my staff and bookings at once. It would also help if the appointment blocks on the calendar showed the actual add-ons, so I don't accidentally miss extras. Another change I'd like is for the suggested tip percentages to be calculated from the original service price instead of after discounts are applied, because right now the tip feels artificially low. Finally please add an option that lets a client add a tip on the front-facing iPad even when their total shows $0 due to a prepayment.

Pros
the booking and checkout process is really amazing and aligned. The app's design is attractive and simple to use too. As everything feels uncluttered and I haven't come across any glitchy buttons. Plus my clients can schedule multiple services, add several guests and even pre-pay for package deals, all within one smooth and cohesive flow.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that there isn't a built-in email or SMS marketing feature like GlossGenius or Vagaro offer. I have to hook up a separate tool for example Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Twilio to send out promos, birthday messages and other campaigns. For someone who prioritizes regular client engagement, that missing piece can really be a problem.

Pros
Using it both as a provider and as a client, I find it incredibly easy to us and set up. The interface looks clean too and I think their customer support is truly outstanding!
Cons
Because we run a boutique, I really wish it provided more inventory controls and flexibility. For example, being able to sort items by quantity on hand, archive products when they're discontinued and save brand names the same way categories are set up to avoid typos would greatly improve inventory management for my team.

There is real freedom in how I access transactions. I am also able to make edits even after the transaction date and I can also print each stylist's daily schedule when needed.
Cons
Although the cost is higher than other salon software options but it is the only system that meets our specific needs for printing daily schedules and printing clients future appointments, so we have kept it despite the price.

Cons

It is very easy to use and I like how responsive the help desk is. Also scheduling is not a problem, the messaging feature makes patient communication a simple task and it's really easy to assign patients to different nurses.
Cons
I'd love an integrated email tool to blast messages to patients when schedules change. As per me that should be a built-in feature of the software. Beyond that, I do not really have any other complaints to mention as it's been amazing overall.

Using Mangomint has been a game-changer for my small medspa! Its adjustable configuration options make handling my services, company details and payments so easy in a single dashboard. And whenever I am stuck or unsure about a task, I can hop into the live chat for quick help or browse their online learning hub as it's really simple to locate not only the solutions but also the step by step tutorials that guide you through enabling or modifying any capability. Building and tweaking custom online intake forms is not a problem too and I could go on about the marketing features. As there is an incredible amount of functionality included! Plus both my staff and my clients, along with me, appreciate how clean and easy it is to use. Frankly, I cannot picture operating my practice without it.

“Best EMR I have ever used”
Pros
Hands down, this is the most user friendly EMR I have used so far. The tools are simple to navigate and almost everything can be done with a single click. I can link forms to appointments, set up rooms for staff, run email and SMS marketing campaigns, message patients directly, build templates and more. What I like best is being able to book an appointment in seconds. It is also HIPPA compliant. Their Online Booking plug-in is also quite easy to use and I love that it keeps visitors on my own website instead of sending them elsewhere, which helps increase how much time people spend on my site.
Cons
A few capabilities are still missing and I notice them in daily use. For example you cannot link a product directly to an appointment, so I end up adding that information by hand after booking. The good thing is that the team keeps rolling out updates and I am confident they'll add that functionality before long.
