“Easy booking system”
Pros
Clients can book their appointments without any hassle and both the client-facing side and the admin dashboard feel simple and user-friendly. The platform keeps getting updated and improved which I really appreciate. I previously used Square and Acuity and this works much better for my spa setup.
Cons
Creating a class involves quite a few steps. They do seem logical though so I'm not sure there's a better way to handle it without losing some of the software's flexibility.

Pros
This software has been amazing to use. It covers everything in one place, gets regular updates and the support team is outstanding. It's a really strong value for the price, simple to navigate and very user-friendly on the client side as well.
Cons
Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. There have only been a few minor things I'd like to see adjusted and the support team has been excellent about taking feedback seriously and putting those improvements into place.

System is very user friendly which we really appreciate. It also comes with a lot of useful features and the ongoing upgrades make it even better over time.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the form process. Once a form has been submitted, there's no way to go back and edit it so the only option is to delete it and submit it again.
