In the A/P section under miscellaneous vendor, the space for typing check information is limited to three lines, which often isn't enough. Adding a fourth line would be very helpful for capturing all the necessary details. It's a minor tweak, but one that would make a difference for us in managing vendor payments.

Communication about product enhancements is excellent, and the help desk staff is always friendly and helpful when I reach out with questions. The CCD for resident transfers to the hospital covers all essential documentation for safe transfers. Printing client records and resident documents is incredibly easy, just a few of the things I truly appreciate about the system.

Inability to sort reports efficiently is inconvenient. 6. Default date settings on reports are not user-friendly. 7. The terminology used by MatrixCare is outdated. 8. The software lacks tailored features for assisted living, with terminology and medication management geared towards nursing homes. 9. In hindsight, I regret choosing MatrixCare for assisted living.
