Pros
It is easier compared to the other software I have used in the past. The ladies we have in our office are happy now they dont have to make calls. Customer service is always courteous and treats each complaint with importance and respect.

After the installation of this software, I dont have to spend hours training them. Super user-friendly.
Cons
Not many negative things to say. MDConnection EHR software had a feature that I loved using but it doesnt have it anymore.

It generally works without interruption and easy to use.
Cons
Several functions do not work when I try to use them, and even though I involve customer support, they have never resolved the issues. They generally comment that it works correctly on their end, which doesn't help me at all. I have given up, and as a result, I spend a lot of time and effort manually doing things that the software should do.

“Best Service for the money”
Pros
The software is easy to understand and use. The customer support was wonderful, providing me with a hands-on test drive of the software to ensure it was right for me. The software worked well with cleaning house, medical professionals, and insurance companies. Any "bugs" were taken care of quickly.
Cons
The monthly fees for the software are higher than others, and while I feel the service is worth it, it can be cost-prohibitive for a small practice. The functionality of the software is great, though.

I am very new to this software, but so far I find it very user-friendly. The automatic eligibility check makes the office staff very happy and efficient. The automatic posting is also great. The software is easy to use. I interface between EMR- Elationhealth and MDConnection, and both software are excellent.
Cons
I have no complaints with their software and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their practice management software.

I appreciate the appointment scheduling, handling of denied claims with the clearing house and MDConnections, and I like the messaging in the system.
Cons
The clearinghouse was not familiar with NYS insurance companies. I find the auto-posting and remittance process to be very confusing.
