Pros
We can create medical reports with ease. The scheduling module is a life-saver and everything just falls into place. Insurance claim management is especially useful.
Cons
It is a bit tricky to look up information and find exactly what you need to know.

I like how simple it is to navigate. Anyone can pick it up immediately. They answered all my questions and quelled my concerns immediately.
Cons
I have not had any complaints about the software.

Great software for practice management
Great software for practice management
Pros
It is easier compared to the other software I have used in the past. The ladies we have in our office are happy now they dont have to make calls. Customer service is always courteous and treats each complaint with importance and respect.
Cons
We have no issues with the software at the moment.

Pros
After the installation of this software, I dont have to spend hours training them. Super user-friendly.
Cons
Not many negative things to say. MDConnection EHR software had a feature that I loved using but it doesnt have it anymore.

It has made everythinge easier.
It has made everythinge easier.
Pros
We used a paper and pen type scheduling system and now everything is so much easier and there is NO chaos.
Cons
I sometimes want to check one thing on a report but it clogs up my screen with so much unnecessary information.
