The software is a complete package with all the features. Its quality is incomparable to others. Besides this, it also provides excellent customer service.

Everyone among us is able to access the information of the patients and it is sometimes awkward when everyone can see the information. I think this should be resolved.

It is really comprehensive..it lets me do everything, from scheduling to managing documents and even billing. And their customer service? Honestly, it's the best I've experienced. I have no doubts about that!

It would be helpful if there was some way to secure information from certain providers. We are a practice in a small town and hence at times relatives of patients might have access to the information which is not something we want!
