The software is pretty comprehensive and lets you do everything; scheduling, document information, and even billing. Their customer service is the best in the industry, I have no doubts about that.
Cons
It would be helpful if there was some way to secure information from certain providers. We are a practice in a small town and hence at times relatives of patients might have access to the information which is not something we want!
