Simple and efficient when it actually works. Front end has been done perfectly but being an IT guy myself, I can tell that the back end has problems.
Cons
Support they offer is lackluster and integrations are all over the place. Our staff sometimes know how to fix a problem instead of their own team.

Pros
Working in the ER, I often need to load a patients information quickly. Medhost has never failed me in doing so. All the information I require is fairly easy to locate.
Cons
User interface looks very outdated and sometimes I get confused about what Im looking at while in a hurry due to it. Still, you do get the job done.

You honestly don’t even need a formal training to get working with this EMR, especially if you have worked with one before. This is by far the easiest EMR system anyone can use.
Cons
Screen resizing mechanism of the software could be worked on.

The previous facility I worked in had two different softwares for EMR/EHR. Why did they not know about Medhost? It has everything you need in the same software.
Cons
Software has its perks, but a steep learning curve for me at least. I had to be really patient to actually learn and take advantage of all the features.
