Helps with my Chiropractic work; solid billing features
Pros

By far the best chiropractic software assistant for work I’ve come across so far; really helps with streamlining every clinical management task. Keep the pricing consistent and I’ll be in it over the long term.

Cons

Please fix the lags - this is a common problem in pretty much every small-clinic chiropractic software (don’t know why!).

Chiropractice Made Fun
Pros

My Medicfusion plan is nearly perfect. I can rest assured that it’ll take care of all my documentation work and patient scheduling.

Cons

I’ve faced some issues with integrating with other portals lately. Also, the electronic prescription feature needs to be simplified – takes at least a week to learn it well.

In my experience this product is reasonably priced and straightforward to learn.

In my experience navigating chart notes involves too much clicking making it feel clunky and not smooth.

Pros

I find it to be quite comprehensive and its evident that knowledgeable chiropractors have contributed significantly to its design.

Cons

Unfortunately during our initial six months with them five years ago they lost a month of patient SOAP notes in the cloud due to insufficient data backup redundancy.

Pros

Ive found it easy to navigate and the software stays up-to-date with regular updates and enhancements. The service provided is good.

Cons

It would be beneficial for Medicfusion to integrate billing into their software. Otherwise I have no other complaints.

Using SOAP notes is simple and the billing module is efficient for cash practices.

Cons

The setup cost and the additional expense for a clearinghouse for insurance purposes were significant drawbacks.

Good amount of bang for your buck
Pros

Its customizable user-friendly reasonably priced cloud-based and offers a patient portal for accessing records. The scheduling and billing processes are streamlined.

Cons

Training took longer than expected and customer service is lacking with representatives sometimes failing to return calls promptly.

Good overall, the staff received good training
Pros

The macros are straightforward to use and can be customized for our clinics specific needs. Patient scheduling was also easy and the integration of payment collection and account posting was seamless.

Cons

Navigating between the billing and note-taking sections was challenging. Matching charges with coding and billing was cumbersome since they were separate programs requiring constant window switching.

The system is incredibly comprehensive with a vast library of necessary tests and information. Its cost-effective and ample support is provided.

Cons

Theres a steep learning curve and patients sometimes find the interaction cumbersome due to the numerous steps required for certain tasks.

The reports are detailed and useful SOAP notes are user-friendly and setting up superbills and coding is straightforward. Additionally the pricing is reasonable.

Cons

The inability to share macros between users necessitates setting up individual ones.

Pros

One aspect I appreciate is that its web-based allowing me to work from home and access information from anywhere. I also like that patients can complete new patient paperwork online and schedule appointments. The color-coded scheduling and support for multiple doctors within the system are other features I like.

Cons

Making changes often requires contacting an engineer. While system downtime or slowness can be frustrating we understand that perfection isnt realistic.

EXCELLENT SOFTWARE & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pros

Weve been highly satisfied with both the software and the excellent customer service. Transitioning from our old software was smoother than expected and the systems detail meets our SOAP note requirements well. Its reassuring to have immediate technical support available when needed.

Cons

The only minor issue I have is the spacing between SOAP note sections when printing sometimes causing notes to span two pages instead of one.
