“Not what I need

Pros

I'm not entirely sure what I like most as everything is okay, but it's just not exactly what we need.

Cons

This isn't designed for behavioral health. Maybe it works better for hospitals or other institutions.

“Its disappointing to say the least

If the software were implemented, I would have know about it. We've responded to all information requests within one business day, but dates set by ADS pass without any communication from the company. I'm constantly chasing down our implementation specialist.

Cons

The integration is three months overdue. The implementation team isn't responding and there's no test environment to start training our staff.

I really like the confirmation texts sent to patients. They save me a lot of time.

The customer support team takes too long to respond to me.

We've been using this since 2020 and it's very user-friendly. Our MD is pleased with the service.

nothing to mention here. The backend staff is very helpful. They always save me time and consistently provide updates right on schedule.

It's not easy for me to check the history of patient documents.

The number of features is indeed praise-worthy. I think they have a lot to offer. A very consistent and efficient software.

There are some issues with billing and record keeping. It will be among the best apps once they patch it.

Only thing about this software is that there aren't any user guides or other forms of customer service available online, which would allow us to consult them easily if we got stuck.

The basic charts and scheduling works fine I guess.

I do not know why they promised it would work well for our clinic because it does not have the options to leave out certain fields in the charts. The information becomes difficult to read this way.

Medics have the scheduling, billing and patient chart modules integrated into one program and I think they have managed to make everything accessible and easy to navigate.

It is not compatible with the latest version of Windows and they are long overdue for an update.

The tools are very useful and accessible. You do not need to memorize codes and the forms have information for every department like urology and cardiology.

The billing feature does not calculate the total until all fields are entered.

The best medical records software money can buy. It is flexible and has the ability to customize templates according to your practice. The reporting feature adapts to your needs and you only need to tweak the settings once.

The patient timelines shows a history of the visits in chronological order and you can get a summary of their diagnosis and impressions at a glance.

There are some bugs and inconsistencies in the program which we need to solve.

There are different modules on it and each has customization options for practice management. We are able to manage everything from home.

Different people need it to look a specific way and that is not possible with Medics.

The software is great and it does everything from report writing, prescription management to billing. They gave a complete demo to help us get acquainted.

We have no complaints and are happy to recommend it to everyone.

The online system is great and it is always available to the doctors and nurses wherever they are. There has been little or no downtime and they are always quick to fix any problem. The customer service makes us feel valued even though we are not a large corporation.
