There are no significant issues to mention, as the software has proven to be much better than our previous solution. Any problems that arise are quickly addressed.

The software is quite easy to use and can be easily modified to suit our specific needs. The customer support has been outstanding, and we have been able to generate notes and billing claims with ease.

Occasionally, the reporting feature can be challenging to navigate and drill down to extract the exact information needed.

The scheduling and EMR program is very easy to use. Even staff members without any prior experience with EMR programming were able to use it effortlessly within a day. Although there are a few changes and updates that our practice would like to see we understand that it is not possible for hst to personalize the program for every practice. The communication is great as we receive blast emails notifying us of any issues or errors happening even before our practice is aware of them. No new details or facts have been added.

Cons

It is difficult for me to find any downsides to this software. In the rare event that we encounter a glitch the support team is quick to resolve any issues. If I were to suggest any improvements it would be to include an option to increase the font size.

I find this scheduling and EMR progr extremely easy to use. Even staff members who have no prior experience with EMR progrming were able to use it flawlessly within a day. While there are a few changes and updates we would like to see, we understand that the program cannot be customized for every practice. The communication from the software provider is amazing, as they quickly notify us via email about any issues or errors before we even become aware of them.

Cons

Its difficult for me to come up with any cons for this software. In the rare event of a glitch, which is expected with any computer progr, we receive a swift response that resolves the issues. If I were to suggest any changes, it would be to make it possible to enlarge the font for better visibility.

Performing tasks using this software is generally very efficient, and the development te takes the end user (physicians and office staff) into consideration when designing processes. The support te is always available and ready to help, whether its explaining how to perform a task or being open to adding new features and options in future releases. They prioritize customer input and demonstrate expertise in the laws and regulations governing EMR software usage.

In all honesty, there is nothing to dislike. While personal preferences may differ ong users, any minor quibbles are few and far between.
