I like the layout and its user friendly format. Also they have customisation options which is pretty great.
Cons
Overall, the software is too slow. It takes a long time to process and update information. Also I am not a big fan of their billing feature, it should be made more efficient.

Cons
I would like better guidelines to make it more user friendly and the customer support to not use technical words with all their clients.

Cons
It has a lot of problems to deal with, firstly you cant manage multiple patients with this software which is the biggest drawback. Also, the format is not the greatest and its pretty expensive if you compare it with other more affordable softwares out there.

It has so many options and setting for customization that you can easily get overwhelmed. The customer service is prompt and they always call back immediately to help out.
Cons
The customer support staff use technical lingo that is difficult for us to understand. It is not easy to train new people on it which is inconvenient because we have many students coming in for internships.
