About the software, I really like that there are many options for customization This makes updating records easier. The layout is also up to date and is very easy to navigate through.

Overall, the software is too slow. It takes a long time to process and update information. Also I am not a big fan of their billing feature, it should be made more efficient.

It has a lot of problems to deal with, firstly you cant manage multiple patients with this software which is the biggest drawback. Also, the format is not the greatest and its pretty expensive if you compare it with other more affordable softwares out there.

The customer support staff use technical lingo that is difficult for us to understand. It is not easy to train new people on it which is inconvenient because we have many students coming in for internships.
