Pros

I absolutely love this software to bits. Its easy to operate and is user-friendly with good customer support. The format is also suitable to update notes and find patients record in. The screens are intuitive and very easy to learn. A 10/10 for me. Impressive work!

Cons

The software crashes from time to time but I think that happens with almost all of the software out there.

Pros

The format is pretty easy and straightforward to understand and handle for beginners.

Cons

In accordance with the price, the system itself is pretty basic and not very innovative. The support team is not very helpful and at times lazy and the system crashes often.

The tech support staff is always willing to assist us with any concerns we might have regarding the software. They are very quick to respond and provide us with the information we need. Overall, A good experience with MedWorxs Evolution EMR Software.

A Reliable Software!
Pros

If you have a small company this software is very reliable. Simple, practicable, and easy to customize.

Cons

It sometimes takes hours to connect to customer support and even then the response is not very positive. The detail orientation is also not the best.

A wonderful Solution
Pros

Ive used many EMR software in the past but I can say with confidence that MedWorx is the best among them. The software is user-friendly, manageable, and easy to customize according to your needs. On top of that their support team is also very responsive.

Pros

Good for multi tasking. Easy to use format and good customer support. I also like their inbuilt features to enhance workflow.

Cons

Sometime the records disappear or are very hard to find, they really need to fix this problem.

They are swift and rapid when it comes to customer service; the support team is quick to respond and usually takes care of the problem.

Cons

Perfect!
Pros

We have been using it for 4 years and found it to be excellent. You dont need to purchase extra modules and it helps make patient scheduling very easy. The insurance claim takes very little time to turn around.

Pros

I can keep patient charts organized and add notes after every checkup. There are many features which make it easy for me as a specialist to add specific information.

Pros

Our ambulance staff can also use it, it is so easy. We are able to provide the same level of efficiency for every patient..

Scheduling and billing has become so easy for us and their team made the switch very smooth. They are always available to help out. We manage the cash flow and balance sheets with this software too and that is very convenient.

Works well on iPad
Pros

Our entire staff is using it to check-in patients and the screen works so well on iPads too. We tested it in all our units and there has not been a single complaint. The customer service is always available to answer queries and do not make us feel embarrassed or hesitant.

I do not know why everyone else is criticizing their customer service, I have found them to be the most prompt and efficient team. The cloud-based software has all the different templates for patients charts and the vibrant visual display makes everything very easy to find.

Suitable for smaller practices
Pros

It has so many options and setting for customization that you can easily get overwhelmed. The customer service is prompt and they always call back immediately to help out.

Cons

The customer support staff use technical lingo that is difficult for us to understand. It is not easy to train new people on it which is inconvenient because we have many students coming in for internships.

Highly recommended!
Pros

The software is a great product and we are glad we invested in Medworkx. The workflow management is now much simpler and the entire medical staff has reported increased productivity. The user interface is very simple and we can easily juggle between different modules. Multitasking is now possible and the software never crashes no matter how many tabs we have open.

Dont waste your time with this software
Pros

The company is quick to set you up with the software but after that, there were no updates.

Cons

Their customer support is non-existent. I have been using the software for 5 years and in all, that time did not get any help from their technical team. It is difficult to add details and the software is difficult to use compared to other options available in the market.

This software has helped us with so much work. It has made my workplace so efficient and productive.

Cons

MedWorx pricing seems a bit unfair and too much for its features. If they kept it a little low, they would have a huge customer base right now.
