Easy medication import, interface struggles persistance

Pros

I really appreciate being able to import medications straight from the pharmacy into a patient's chart to make reconciliation much easier.

Cons

We've struggled a lot with the system interfaces and that ongoing difficulty has been a real pain for our team.

User friendly layout for new staff

I find the layout really user friendly and easy to use, so new staff can pick it up quickly.

Very good and patient-focused setup

Pros

The platform is very user-friendly and configuring patient information was simple and very patient-focused to set up.

Cons

The fact that we don't have a PM-side feature really creates challenges for me and makes workflows harder.

Impressive interoperability across all offices

Pros

I am really impressed with its interoperability. We use it for both practice management and as our EMR.

Cons
