“Easy medication import, interface struggles persistance

I really appreciate being able to import medications straight from the pharmacy into a patient's chart to make reconciliation much easier.

Cons

We've struggled a lot with the system interfaces and that ongoing difficulty has been a real pain for our team.

I find the layout really user friendly and easy to use, so new staff can pick it up quickly.

When there's an update, I have noticed it sometimes alters information I had previously updated.
