“Thorough patient documentation helper”

I like how thoroughly it helps me document patient records.

Cons

From my experience our clinic has not been properly trained on many of the apps features and I often find staff unsure how to use several of its tools.

Well I am really impressed with the support teams as they consistently work to enhance the system and genuinely consider our feedback and ideas.

There are times when I find it slow to respond to inquiries which can be frustrating when I am waiting for answers.

Pros

We found ModMed really easy to use and it directly boosted our practice's income by making billing more efficient and accurate. Also we have noticed real gains in charting, in our claims processing and in how we communicate with patients.

Cons

I do not have any negatives to report. Honestly everything about it fits our needs and we have not faced any issues or aspects we dislike.

I find it easy to train my new hires and communication with patient inquiries is seamless.

Well I would like to have a radio button that converts plus cylinder to minus cylinder.

We're big fans of how the platform combines everything. It is impressively efficient as a single, all-in-one solution.

Pricing is really the only drawback for our team and while some features are priced competitively, other parts are simply too expensive for us to justify.

What I really like is the ability to customize settings not just from the admin side but also from the user/provider perspective which gives me a lot of flexibility in how things are configured for different roles.

What concerns me is that several features feel designed as solutions for smaller practices and fall short as enterprise-grade capabilities. For example, when it comes to the fee schedule default, I oversee multiple business units and need separate fee schedules for each unit which this system doesn't effectively support.

I really like that ModMed is easy and simple to use which makes navigating it feel fast and user friendly for my everyday tasks.

Cons

My main issue with ModMed is that I cannot reach some features directly. instead I am forced to send an email every time I need access to certain things and that slows me down.

For me, multiple areas with tasks and notifications make it easy to get lost.

What I really appreciate is that the iPad connects directly with ModMed and that integration makes my workflow faster and much more efficient in practice.

I find ModMed U a bit tricky to use and think it could be redesigned to feel more user-friendly for daily use.

I really appreciate how easy it is for me to access Mod Med whenever I need it.

Managing the Order Log can be a real headache. So I wish there were more customizable fields so I could filter better.

That said, for patient messaging we have to buy an external solution like Klara which is an extra expense.

My staff and the doctors find it really easy to use and their customer support has been excellent whenever I have reached out.

Cons

While the iPad interface works well, I notice the desktop layout is different and I find the computer version much less easy to use.
