“Feature packed one stop shop
Pros
ModMed feels like a one-stop shop. It's absolutely packed with useful features and the team clearly thought of almost everything. I appreciate Auto-posting of ERAs, ModMed Pay integration, the Path and Lab modules, analytics and more. Those are some standout features and I find ModMed very user-friendly too!
Cons
I have found ModMed Pay gets a little confusing when multiple features are used together. Also if someone has permission to take payments for example a front desk user they end up able to view the ModMed Pay dashboard and financial details which I am not comfortable with.

Pros
I have found EMA to be the best. Plus its functionality and ease of use are impeccable and truly top-tier. It is also very user-friendly and covers most, if not all of our clinical needs.
Cons
What frustrates me is that reporting isn't real-time, we don't have a genuinely customizable report that includes every dimension and metric, there's no historical data beyond two years and the practice management features feel rudimentary.

We've had an excellent experience streamlining the operations of our dermatology practice using ModMed which has noticeably improved the flow in our office and made things more efficient for both patients and staff.
Cons
Our only real complaint has been the reliance on third-party add-ons for features I feel ought to be built directly into ModMed which can be frustrating.
