Very easy for staff and patients

Pros

I find it very easy for both my staff and our patients to use.

Cons

I find it can be hard to get clear answers from support whenever we run into problems.

Better analytics than most, can't edit notes

Pros

I have noticed the reporting and analytics are far better than those in most other EHR systems.

Cons

My biggest frustration is not being able to re-open and amend visit notes.

Feature packed one stop shop

Pros

ModMed feels like a one-stop shop. It's absolutely packed with useful features and the team clearly thought of almost everything. I appreciate Auto-posting of ERAs, ModMed Pay integration, the Path and Lab modules, analytics and more. Those are some standout features and I find ModMed very user-friendly too!

Cons

I have found ModMed Pay gets a little confusing when multiple features are used together. Also if someone has permission to take payments for example a front desk user they end up able to view the ModMed Pay dashboard and financial details which I am not comfortable with.

Impeccable ease of use, rudimentary reporting

Pros

I have found EMA to be the best. Plus its functionality and ease of use are impeccable and truly top-tier. It is also very user-friendly and covers most, if not all of our clinical needs.

Cons

What frustrates me is that reporting isn't real-time, we don't have a genuinely customizable report that includes every dimension and metric, there's no historical data beyond two years and the practice management features feel rudimentary.

aligned our dermatology practice

Pros

We've had an excellent experience streamlining the operations of our dermatology practice using ModMed which has noticeably improved the flow in our office and made things more efficient for both patients and staff.

Cons

Our only real complaint has been the reliance on third-party add-ons for features I feel ought to be built directly into ModMed which can be frustrating.

Very informative and clear breakdown

Pros

I love the ggastro system! it was very informative, broken down clearly and kept everyone's attention.

Cons

I wish classes were scheduled at several different times during the day so I wouldn't risk missing out.

Impressed by prompt and responsive support

Pros

seriously impressed by the support. When I call for help, a real person answers promptly and is responsive. I can tell they're continually improving their offerings.

Cons

Really pleased with easy system

Pros

Im really pleased with how easy the system is to use. In short it is extremely user friendly.

Cons

When I call and log a case, it often doesn't get resolved quickly and I find myself constantly following up and chasing to get things handled.
