Pros
For my dermatology practice, this platform has been fantastic as it covers every documentation need we have. I honestly could not recommend it more and their customer support is outstanding.
Cons
However, I find updates can be tricky to navigate if I am not properly prepared ahead of time.

Cons
There are times when EMA runs painfully slowly and that lag interrupts my workflow and frustrates me.

The otolaryngology module explicit to our practice is very much structured and as changes were required, they were done in an ideal way. The system is pretty cool and that is coming from one experience.
Cons
At first, the Practice Management side of the product was not comparable to our earlier system, however, after some time, the updates and changes have improved it extraordinarily. I would to thank you for the updates.

I found relief in the fact that the software doesnt restart automatically.
Cons
My experience was marred by subpar customer service an overly complex interface and insufficient training. Additionally issues with the clearinghouse unproductive responses and cumbersome processes were highly aggravating. The constant inundation of seminar invitations was also intrusive.

“Saves time with lab integration
Pros
The EMA system saves time and reduces stress by connecting lab results directly to patient charts. When a dermatologist orders a biopsy, they can suggest a treatment plan right away. That note is attached to the results. When the results come back, the doctor can quickly confirm or change the plan. Photos of the skin lesion come with the results, making it easy to decide on the next step, whether it is scheduling surgery or sending the patient to a specialist.
Cons
When I am searching for appointments other than follow-ups like New Patient visits, Surgery, Mohs, Cosmetic or Laser the system usually times out and drops the connection. That makes booking anything besides a simple follow-up very time-consuming and honestly frustrating.
