“offer fast, single-screen patient access
Pros
We really like how user-friendly this EHR feels. Plus the single-screen layout gives us fast, easy access to a patients complete information without hopping between extra tabs.
Cons
I am frustrated that when a patient signs a form through the portal and returns it, they no longer have access to that document.

What I like most is the responsive customer support and the clear, easy to understand interfaces.
Cons
To be honest I am not very fond of how Klara handles support. I mean it frustrates me to be handed off to a different person every single time. I would much prefer having one dedicated contact who knows my history so I do not have to repeat myself or re-explain details over and over again.

Pros
I really value the analytics reports as they have been such a huge help for the PM side of our practice. We rely on them every day. Plus the ModMed support crew was incredibly helpful when they assisted us setting up our practice management system and they still back us as our clinic expands.
Cons
Our practice could really use more customizable reports. As we are constantly growing and staff and team members keep having changing needs and personal preferences. It would also be great if we could customize the reports to fit our workflow and make them the way we prefer.

We found ModMed really easy to use and it directly boosted our practice's income by making billing more efficient and accurate. Also we have noticed real gains in charting, in our claims processing and in how we communicate with patients.
Cons
I do not have any negatives to report. Honestly everything about it fits our needs and we have not faced any issues or aspects we dislike.

What I really like is the ability to customize settings not just from the admin side but also from the user/provider perspective which gives me a lot of flexibility in how things are configured for different roles.
Cons
What concerns me is that several features feel designed as solutions for smaller practices and fall short as enterprise-grade capabilities. For example, when it comes to the fee schedule default, I oversee multiple business units and need separate fee schedules for each unit which this system doesn't effectively support.

I really like that ModMed is easy and simple to use which makes navigating it feel fast and user friendly for my everyday tasks.
Cons
My main issue with ModMed is that I cannot reach some features directly. instead I am forced to send an email every time I need access to certain things and that slows me down.
