“support is practically nonexistent”
Pros
Built with occupational medical clinics in mind and it does work with our clearinghouse for billing.
Cons
Support has been the worst I've ever dealt with.. basically nonexistent. On top of that, the update fees are outrageously high and pulling the right information from reports for practice management is very difficult.

“tailored fit”
Pros
From the start our experience with Net Health has been very positive. They really listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for in a software solution. On top of that, they've been willing to work closely with us to make the system the best and most efficient fit for our agency.
Cons
None.

“Easyy workflow”
Pros
Getting around the system is very simple. Whenever something comes up, staff are available to help and the team is personable and does a good job explaining how everything works.
Cons
I'd like to see more options added in the future so all staff can access patient information. Also, the system change at the beginning of this year caused payments to slow down.

“always improving”
Pros
It keeps us aligned with COP requirements and supports our ACHC accreditation which is a big plus. They also keep rolling out updates and improvements to the software so it feels like the system is constantly being refined.
Cons
Using it on tablets can be difficult because the screen feels too small and hard to read especially on an iPad mini 2. It would also help if training sessions for new employees were offered more often, maybe twice a week like Tuesday and Thursday.

“hospice-focused billing relief”
Pros
Being built specifically for hospice care is a big advantage. It has really cut down on juggling multiple paper documents for my schedule and timesheets at the same time. Billing is much simpler now too.
Cons
Getting comfortable with all of the features has taken quite a while. At the same time, new things are being added regularly so it means I have to keep up and continue learning.

“Connected features”
Pros
Each section feels pretty simple and the overall workflow moves along nicely. There are plenty of features and they integrate well with one another which makes the software pleasant to use.
Cons
It can be a bit confusing to figure out where certain functions are located. That said the support team is usually very helpful when we need help finding a specific feature.

“Useful updates”
Pros
Across our organization the customer support team has been very helpful and consistently follows up when needed. The updates are also valuable and the webinars have been a nice added benefit.
Cons
One downside is the extra cost tied to certain special features and temporary needs. It becomes especially frustrating when closing a facility but still needing continued access since those situations can lead to added charges.

“fast paperwork and happy workflow”
Pros
Getting my paperwork done with this software has been quick and simple and it didn't take long to learn at all. The learning curve was small and I'm really happy with the program overall.
Cons
There are a few minor differences compared with what PTOS used to do and this software can't handle those exact things the same way. Still, it offers other ways to get them done so it hasn't been a real problem.

“updated forms and solid integrations”
Pros
It integrates pretty well with most of our customers' EMR systems. I've also been happy with the updated forms in the new library, I believe in version 2.91.
Cons
The ADR management tool is still far too buggy and time-consuming to work with. It would also be much better to have more control over small edits, like switching items from mandatory (red) to optional (blue) or the other way around without having to submit a difficult change request every time.

“clear and customizable compliance tool”
Pros
Getting staff trained on this system doesn't take much time and the customization options are really helpful. It also does a solid job of meeting compliance requirements and the layout is clear and simple to work with.
Cons
There are occasional delays when documents are loading and when progress notes are open, it won't let you open other documents at the same time.

“Helpful reporting and setup”
Pros
I can add therapists without much trouble and it's simple to identify the reports our Accounting department needs which is definitely a benefit.
Cons
I still don't know every detail of the program although I understand enough to handle what I use it for. The biggest downside I've run into is when a therapist changes their last name, I'm forced to create an entirely new profile instead of updating the existing one. That feels like a real waste of time and I don't understand why the last name can't just be edited on the current profile.

“missed promises and constant delays”
Pros
The promised functionality and overall potential are what initially made it appealing. In demos, it looks fantastic but it does not actually deliver on those promises in practice.
Cons
Implementation keeps getting delayed because of updates, there are ongoing functionality issues and the billing component does not work properly.

“Versatile system with responsive support”
Pros
Responsive customer service has been a real plus and the frequent updates show the product is continually improving. It also works well with third-party integrations, offers a very comprehensive system overall and gives plenty of flexibility to configure most features the way they're needed.
Cons
The administrative side could still be more powerful and the canned reports are not as strong as they should be. Also, while the regular updates are appreciated, the iPad version can be unstable at times.

“better customer communication”
Pros
Their communication with customers about changing needs has improved a lot and that has really helped drive the development of new software that better fits those needs.
Cons
When the new software was first rolled out, the process felt slow and pretty chaotic. There also wasn't enough information provided for customers to properly train their therapists in the field so the new product ended up not being fully used.

“user-friendly and always current”
Pros
Using this product has been simple for both everyday users and administrators. It's simple to work with and the software consistently stays up to date with industry changes.
Cons
The a la carte pricing model is a downside. It can be difficult to explain to accounting teams and it would make more sense to offer bundled modules or package pricing instead of charging line by line for each facility.

“Easy scheduling and reports”
Pros
Scheduling is simple to manage and the projections screen is really useful especially because it updates when payer information changes. The reports are also very user-friendly and quick to rerun when needed.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is not being able to add evaluations to the schedule. There's also no setup for complexity codes on evaluations and the daily notes require far more information than I'd like.

“Strong reporting”
Pros
Whenever we need to call, customer service is usually available which has been helpful. There are also plenty of reporting options and the integration with PCC works well.
Cons

“faster charting after the switch”
Pros
When this EMR was introduced at the nursing home where I work PRN about three years ago, the transition definitely took a little getting used to. After around 2 to 3 weeks though, I became much more efficient with it and ended up cutting my documentation time in half.
Cons
Nothing to complain about.

“solid features with room to learn”
Pros
It covers the functions you need. I've been working with Net Health for a long time so adjusting to this system will take a bit of time but I'm confident it'll be fine once I get used to it.
Cons
You really have to know where to go to find what you need because things feel a bit scattered throughout the system. I also wish the security permissions were already built in more completely. Right now, we have to manually check every small detail to give therapists any level of access and it's very easy to miss something and then realize they still can't get in.

“point-of-care reports shine”
Pros
Using Net Health for reports and delivering point-of-care services on iPads has been a big plus. It fits well into my workflow and makes it much easier to handle care right at the bedside.
Cons
The downside is that I still can't print directly from my iPad and navigating projections on the iPad could be better.
