Our Thoughts

The cloud-based EHR solution comes with friendly customer support and adequate training material at flat pricing. However, the solution is quite hard to integrate with HIS and challenging to use at first due to the complicated dashboard.

“Be prepared to fall asleep waiting for every single page to load. ”

Can copy a little bit of info from previous evals.

Cons

Where to start. This is the most glitchy, fickle, slowest loading , 15x a day crashing lose all your work site ive ever used. Love it that on close out days the "data transfers " lock you out for HOURS, frequent "upgrades " ( nothing is upgraded BTW" also shutting down the site during critical documentation deadlines thanks for that my supervisors love it when I cant complete my notes and they need to close out . ZERO STARS

“Top-notch support every time”

Pros

Whenever I run into an issue their customer service is outstanding. In about a minute I can usually get a representative on the phone and they can even connect to my computer right away to help. They're consistently fast, efficient and genuinely kind. Easily the best customer service I've dealt with.

“user-friendly with helpful support”

Pros

Net Health has been very user friendly and simple to navigate. The customer support team has also been solid whenever help is needed and the copy feature is especially useful since it lets me reuse parts of previous evaluations instead of starting from scratch each time.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is that there can be server issues around the beginning or end of the month during closeout.
