Our Thoughts

The cloud-based EHR solution comes with friendly customer support and adequate training material at flat pricing. However, the solution is quite hard to integrate with HIS and challenging to use at first due to the complicated dashboard.

“Top-notch support every time”

Pros

Whenever I run into an issue their customer service is outstanding. In about a minute I can usually get a representative on the phone and they can even connect to my computer right away to help. They're consistently fast, efficient and genuinely kind. Easily the best customer service I've dealt with.

“user-friendly with helpful support”

Pros

Net Health has been very user friendly and simple to navigate. The customer support team has also been solid whenever help is needed and the copy feature is especially useful since it lets me reuse parts of previous evaluations instead of starting from scratch each time.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is that there can be server issues around the beginning or end of the month during closeout.

“flexible charting options”

Pros

Having the choice to complete documentation using auto-generated selections or type my own notes into each section is really helpful.

Cons

Some actions in the system only work if certain tabs are closed first which can be a bit inconvenient.
