Cons

Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed with the implementation process because the full transfer of data from the old EHR has not been completed yet, even though Nextech suggested it should be done.

Cons
The merger of the PM & EHR brought some unexpected changes on the EHR, such as the removal of the patient merge button. Also, the integration mapping needs to be explained more clearly, and I have faced problems when trying to import data.

Cons
Relying on the cloud can create issues during disruptions or when there is poor internet connectivity. It would be a valuable addition if there were a local server option that allowed me to download and access charts locally.
