Pros
It is really thorough and is pretty easy for learning the system's basics. Our clinic group and other healthcare sites use it, so patient records are shared and I can access them as a PCP.
Cons
There are absurd limits in places. I cannot easily add a patient's pharmacy details anymore. As there used to be a simple option that, for some reason got removed. The platform is so large that I am always learning new features. Simple tasks that should be quick like placing a referral order, end up being unnecessarily complex.

As I found it easy to rebill claims and manage receivables and I genuinely liked the built-in reporting tools the system provided during my routine billing and month-end workflows.

I had difficulty figuring out how the database was configured to enable running ad hoc reports via a direct SQL connection.
