The HPI templates lack essential questions which raises concerns among physician consultants. Any practicing provider would easily recognize this gap. As a consultant myself I have offered my services to address this issue. Additionally it would be beneficial to have the capability to carry forward exam findings especially for patients with permanent conditions like amputees. The existing option of carrying forward comments at the bottom is insufficient.
