The cost is reasonable but regardless of additional purchases our workflow hasn't improved. We need a solution that minimizes excessive clicks.

The process of generating templates saving/generating documents and the lack of spell check can be quite cumbersome. It would greatly improve usability if the system had an auto-save feature with built-in spell check. Additionally implementing a keyboard shortcut like F8 for easier navigation would enhance the user experience. Many users find the system challenging to teach to new staff and there have been requests to explore alternative systems.
