The software is intuitive and accommodates various user types. Its numerous features greatly contribute to its usefulness. Customization options are available for templates reports and more.
Cons
There are frequently broken elements particularly in reporting and templates which can be difficult to navigate until the next hotfix. The additional features can also be costly. I do not recommend the enterprise version as it significantly limits customization options.
