Pros
The EHR side of NextGen is user-friendly and our doctors have provided positive feedback. The clinic staff is gradually adapting to the workflow after two months of use.
Cons
We encounter several bugs and when seeking solutions many of our issues are already known problems. It is frustrating to explain this to our doctors who expect quick fixes.

The software is user-friendly for most tasks performed by end-users. We appreciate the ability to customize less user-friendly aspects. It's positive that system practice templates are being introduced reducing the need for extensive template customization. More online training focused on document management and template edits would be preferred. The ability to create documents on the fly without editing the document library is appreciated.
Cons
Users often complain about the excessive number of clicks which necessitates frequent template edits. On the other hand we appreciate the ability to customize and edit templates.
