Pros

Smart, intuitive program

Pros

The software was explained thoroughly during the demo and all my questions were answered. The follow-up was pleasant without being intrusive. The programs layout is intuitive and logically organized making it easy to navigate.

Cons

None of the software Ive encountered met all my requirements but I had to be firm about my preferences during the demo.

Pros

Its incredibly easy to use with a fantastic interface and having its clearing house makes patient registry tasks a breeze.

Cons

Theres no marketing or initial setup provided only outsourcing which comes at a steep price.

Satisfied with MediTouch HealthFusion

Pros

Personalizing the system with familiar forms and adding editable PDFs is a significant advantage. It caters to users of all levels of computer proficiency. The frequent updates ensure compliance with Meaningful Use requirements.

Cons

I wish the system would tailor the money postings to each user. Weekend customer support is lacking causing workflow disruptions.

AVOID! Drains Resources at all levels

Pros

Unfortunately it falls short lacking even updated HCC codes. It fails to deliver on its promises.

Cons

The system is too buggy with numerous pop-ups and clicks. Its local server-based setup is outdated and the user interface varies by specialty.

Exceptional Product.

Pros

Theres little to praise about this EHR its arguably the worst on the market. It feels outdated and fails to live up to expectations.

Efficient with smooth syncing

Pros

I am really impressed by the variety of dynamics this software provides. It's very easy to navigate and the syncing works smoothly which makes the whole system efficient for our environment.

Cons

One thing I find really frustrating is how it tightly controls what can be removed from the system. For instance, if I enter an incorrect address for a client, I cannot fix it myself. Means I have to submit a ticket to NextGen and wait for them to make the correction. That forces me to pause work, introduces delays into the process and makes sorting out simple mistakes unnecessarily more difficult.
