I love MediTouch PM Software

Pros

The A/R features are exceptional ensuring prompt payment from commercial vendors and assisting in claim avoidance. Implementation was smooth and support has been consistently excellent. Overall its the best EMR Ive used.

Cons

Id appreciate a more efficient way to handle non-paid lines and streamline the billing process. Also having the ability to upload our own forms would be preferable over the current library.

Happy with this vendor

Pros

Tracking and maintaining Meaningful Use is effortless and the softwares mobile compatibility allows for convenient access. Linking to state vaccine registries was seamless and training was quick.

Cons

Being in different time zones poses a challenge for communication their office hours often dont align with ours which can be problematic.

HealthFusions web-based platform offers flexibility and accessibility from any device. Transitioning to ICD-10 was smooth and the built-in clearinghouse simplifies claims submission and insurance verification.

Cons

Pros
