It is the next step for a medical practice
Pros
The customization makes the software very convenient. Their customer support is also always available to help out. Very impressive.
Cons
The updates are not added to the system without any delay. There are some features that do not do what they are supposed to. Quite confusing at times.

We love the adaptability that NextStep gives us to customize the program to our distinctive commerce line. The detailing capacities of this software are marvelous as well.
Cons
We are not that affectionate of the net scheduler module related to this software. To be reasonable, the internet form has been in advancement over time with each extra update they have rolled out.

I really like Nextstep’s dashboards, the notes section, and its interface ability. It is a helpful tool. I like its reporting feature as well.
Cons
The tool had minor setbacks like its medical component, etc. and the treatment planning feature is a bit clunky.
