I love that I can upload my records and easily make changes whether adding new ones or deleting old ones whenever needed.

Cons

It may not be as quick at times and we end up waiting a little while for our records to load. Its alright apart from that.

Pros

The customer service team responds very quickly. They always help me with any questions I ask them. Also I can customize templates to fit our needs which is a huge plus.

Cons

Theres a slight lag sometimes between NEXUS and our billing scheduling software and we also experience some delay with electronic prescribing. Frustrating when that happens.

Great solution to EHR needs

Pros

The customer service is amazing. They are always willing to help and adjust to fit the needs of our practice and office requirements.

Cons

Its frustrating that I have to pay to send out records. I feel like that should be included in the EHR system instead of being an extra charge.

Nexus EHR is really easy to get the hang of and use. The tabs are simple to find and work with. The team behind the program is super professional and always available. Really easy to reach and they always make my job a lot easier. Theyre just a phone call away whenever I need help. I really appreciate that!

Cons

Every now and then the system takes a little longer to respond but its usually no more than five minutes. I havent run into any major problems with it so far.

Pros

Nexus is very user-friendly for us, it simplifies the process of uploading and accessing documents. The faxing options are great, promoting paperless workflows, and facilitating easy organization of patient charts.

Cons

There are only a few aspects of this system that we find unfavorable, but isn't that the case with everything? the software experiences glitches when transitioning between patients. Also some of our staff members face difficulty accessing patient records compared to others.

Needs some more features

Pros

Learning to use Nexus was really easy for me because the interface is user-friendly and dashboard has helpful and important features which make everything easy.

Cons

There are a lot of drawbacks include the inability to preview faxes before filing, the absence of fax coversheets saved to the patient chart, challenges with the patient portal's usability. We have to rely on another system for scheduling and patient reminders, and there is no option to save orders to the chart after creation.

Purchasing Nexus was a good decision

Pros

It is very easy to navigate Nexus, I find it highly convenient. It allows me to access multiple patient charts at once.

Cons

I have experienced problems with the live save feature. It malfunctions occasionally which leads to erasing data though it doesnt happen everytime.

Nexus should lead the way for all EHRs

Pros

Transitioning to a new EHR looked like a difficult job until I discovered Nexus. Unlike other systems, Nexus not only accommodated our needs but also facilitated data migration and provided excellent training and support.

Cons

Nexus has met all our requirements excellently, and there isn't anything that we dislike.
