I wouldn't alter anything about this software. The support team is friendly and approachable. Moreover, my entire team finds the system straightforward to use.

The Novadontics app is an impressive innovation tailored specifically for implant dentists. It offers a wide range of tools to help enhance my practice, such as access to products, equipment, and materials at significantly reduced costs. It supports various aspects of office management including patient care, treatment planning, and education. Plus, it's regularly updated with new features and products, making it invaluable to me.
Cons
I have no complaints at all, I'm highly pleased with both the functionality and the excellent support provided.

Novadontics truly stands out as an all-inclusive platform for general and implant dentistry. With Novadontics, I no longer need multiple subscriptions. I appreciate its comprehensive practice management tools, patient engagement features, practice growth capabilities, and marketplace savings, along with online continuing education. It's simply in a league of its own, and having the entire platform accessible on my iPad is a major plus.
Cons
There are no negatives to mention. I'm extremely satisfied with the functionality and the exceptional support.

Although new to cloud-based software, as an active implant dental office, I find Novadontics unparalleled. It comprehensively tracks our general and implant business better than any other platform available, and it keeps improving!

Novadontics is my preferred choice for ordering implants and biologics due to its user-friendly interface. Over the years, it has served as a reliable repository for patient education, consent forms, and procedural guidance. I've also used it effectively in educational settings for treatment planning sessions. With all patient information, including CBCT scans, accessible in one place thanks to its cloud-based functionality, I highly recommend Novadontics to colleagues aiming to elevate their implant practices.
Cons
There are no specific cons to mention. I use Novadonitcs regularly and appreciate its mobility and compatibility across different platforms. If there were one thing I could change, it would be eliminating the need for a hard browser reset to apply the latest firmware updates.

Cons
Occasionally, some preferred vendors are missing from the app. Nonetheless, the discounts for supplies are still available.

Our office has streamlined operations with features like patient bill pay, eClaims, and eRx. The implant-related tools like logbooks for tracking procedures and the smile design module have been particularly beneficial for case planning and practice growth. The cloud-based nature ensures reliability without server concerns, and managing everything from my iPad means less time in the office, all while being a negligible expense compared to the benefits.

Cons
As for the software itself, nothing. However, initially, my staff was resistant to change, which was frustrating. People generally dislike change. They couldn't see what I saw. Eventually, we broke through, and they all came to love it, realizing how much it improved their lives.
