Budget friendly software for small scale practice!
Budget friendly software for small scale practice!
Pros
Amazing interface which makes it very use friendly. Report production and billing features are very accurate with respect to reference. I chose this because it was functional with a very effective cost.
Cons
Development for the software can be improved and visuals are slightly off to the eyes.

CostEffective Solution for NonProfit Organization
CostEffective Solution for NonProfit Organization
Pros
Oscar is intuitive and easy to use making it accessible for the average user. The software setup and item location are logical and the billing mechanisms and reports are valuable. Its costeffectiveness is especially beneficial for nonprofit organizations.
Cons
Being an opensource software Oscar lacks continuous development and has a visually unappealing interface. The screen layout is cluttered and completing tasks often requires unnecessary clicks. However due to the absence of ongoing development these limitations persist.

Mixed Experience with OSCAR and Support Team
Mixed Experience with OSCAR and Support Team
Pros
OSCAR offers decent functionality and convenient access to information with the added benefit of being webbased and providing remote options. The ability to customize preferences according to our clinic's needs is a significant advantage allowing us to tailor the software to our specific requirements.
Cons
Unfortunately our experience with the support team particularly with Peter Everette has been challenging. Dealing with him in case of any issues or problems has proven to be difficult due to his lack of customer service skills. He often displays condescending behavior arrogance and a reluctance to admit any mistakes. Instead of providing straightforward solutions he tends to redirect and engage in arguments making the problemsolving process unnecessarily complicated. This experience has been shared not only by me but also by other colleagues and our clinic manager. It's regrettable that such difficulties arise when interacting with him given his position as the owner of the company.
