Also, the support team has been quick to respond and genuinely seems invested in helping businesses succeed.

There's a noticeable learning curve at the start particularly when you're trying to navigate the financial dashboard and customise templates. Getting used to where the most accurate reports live can take a bit of time though things run a lot smoother once you understand the layout.

Even though Pabau is a strong, feature rich platform, getting everything set up initially takes time and there's a learning curve that feels quite steep particularly for smaller teams or solo practitioners. Since there are so many functions, it can take a while to fully understand how they all connect and then customise them to match your clinic's exact process. The interface also feels like it could use a more adaptive layout or a more modern look in certain areas. Also some extras aren't included for example, SMS credits and add ons related to marketing require additional payment so extra charges can pop up.
