The Two Sides To Using PatientNow
Pros

One of the advantages of PatientNow is its allinone system which allows for easy management of various tasks such as checking people in and out scheduling and processing payments. Additionally it enables us to keep better track of package sessions as we can now allow for prepurchasing singular items.

Cons

Unfortunately we have experienced issues with the text messaging feature. Despite receiving approval and being notified of successful delivery the texts did not go through. The support team's response to this issue has been unsatisfactory with a lack of understanding and failure to provide effective solutions. Furthermore certain features such as treatment pathways and report consistency have proven to be unreliable. The overall lack of competence and knowledge displayed by the support team is frustrating and adds to the challenges faced when using PatientNow.

Pros

The pathways are great and we can communicate with patients and medical professionals using the same software.

Cons

The system organization is quite difficult and it is not suitable for handling a large number of patients.

Amazing!
Pros

It is very easy to learn and works for small practices as well as larger hospitals. My husband is a doctor and he uses it too. Highly satisfied.

Cons

Installing updates is a bit frustrating at times.

Seems like a good solution
Pros

I am a new user but the user interface is clean and the database appears on it any way you like. The customization options are superb.

Cons

The formatting for documents is not ideal and there are some bugs in the feature.

Pros

They have a lot of features to offer.

Cons

Its difficult to get started. Around 75% of my patients dislike the portal, and online booking is overwhelming for them. As a result, I am now doing a lot more scheduling myself, which is taking time away from the practice.

A practical choice
Pros

This software is capable of many things, It has helped us get our sales up . Overall, The system is user friendly and almost anyone can use it.

Cons

The system glitches a lot and sometimes the data is lost and cant be retrieved.

Not A good choice!
Pros

The app works well. The team is also great. The system is pretty affordable as compared to other softwares.

Cons

Reporting is difficult. The system is inconvenient and inefficient. I bought a Microsoft tablet to use with this app, but its too cumbersome to use, so I dont use it. It is too sluggish

An outstanding practice management software.
Pros

PatientNow software is an outstanding practice management method. From a marketing standpoint, the software is solid; it includes a drip marketing aspect that corresponds to the patients procedures. Recommended!

Cons

PatientNow can be sluggish at times, and so we had to upgrade to the iCloud version to take advantage of some of the newer features it offers.

Pros

The treatment pathways and report building process has made everything so simple and we saw an increase in our revenue because of PatientNOW. Their customer support team made sure our transition was smooth.

Cons

The learning curve was long but it was worth it.

Poor customer service
Pros

The software makes it easy to schedule appointments and follow-up with patients by creating alerts, reminders, and other lists. It also offers great marketing insights through analytic tools.

Cons

The customer service is very poor and it took us weeks to connect with someone just to get the basic setup and installation completed. There are other software providers with better support options.

The customer support was good in the beginning and the marketing pitch was excellent.

Cons

This software didnt work for us, and I dont know if it will work for anyone. In the beginning, the customer support was good but with time it has gone worse.
