Dental Practice Review

Pros

I really liked how simple it was to set up with our practice software and how intuitive it is to navigate. It allows me to customize which statements go out and gives me complete control over the options!

Cons

I haven't encountered any problems with Pearly at all!

Highly Recommend!

Pros

One of the things I appreciated was how it automatically notifies patients when a payment is due after an insurance payment is applied. It also offers payment options for larger balances, which is especially helpful for older accounts.

Cons

I wanted more options for adjusting settings to tailor some of the accounts.

Patient Billing Software

Pros

The online portal is also user-friendly. I appreciate being able to message patients about their balances and provide them with a link for payments.

Cons

There are many other software options similar to Pearly, but they often come bundled with extras like confirmations or phones. It would be great if they could integrate with Weave or something similar.

Nice features for our dental office

Pros

It was quite simple to integrate and significantly reduced the workload for some of our front desk staff.

Cons

We're mainly adjusting to a new system. Sending invoices to specific accounts was new to us. Pearly's approach to collecting balances is a bit different.

Amazing Product

Pros

Pearly has made a huge difference for our practice! We've observed that patients are promptly settling their bills once insurance claims are processed and they receive the initial text! This has effectively lowered our outstanding accounts receivable in the overdue categories!

Cons

I would like the ability to customize individual product codes. For instance, it would be beneficial to select a different time frame after an appointment for the initial text message regarding crowns.
