Pros

Working well for our (very) humble WA clinic. Plus it eliminates the need for expensive staff hires for day to day patient management.

Cons

I feel like their pricing could use a recheck, but honestly, it's worth it if you have a steady flow of patients coming in.

We are a small clinic in downtown Salem, MA and our main focus is patient care, so we don't have time for complicated EMRs. Picasso has been perfect for us as it works well across the board for us.

Nothing major but yes I found it a bit expensive mainly for small practices.

Pros

The system improvements from the company have really made it easier to use, no matter your level of tech experience. Also it is a very powerful system with tons of great features, and I love that it offers customization options.

Well the way the scanned documents are stored and organized could definitely be better. For a software thats so highly regarded, I expected a bit more in that area.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to chart on patients. Also it allows me to create preset templates for charting and even set up order sets in advance. Plus, everything can be done electronically, which is highly convenient. Another thing I love is that you can easily switch between inpatient and outpatient settings.

Cons

One thing I like is that, at times it becomes hard to find a different patient list.

Pros

Picasso EMR has made it really easy for me to run reports and manage scheduling. The transition from paper charts to e-charts was also not a hassle, all thanks to their amazing customer support. Plus they are constantly updating and improving the software, which really helps reduce any chance of error.

Cons

There are some issues with spell check but other than that I have nothing else to report.

Pros

It is very easy to work with, and it always meets my needs. Plus their customer service is simply amazing and thats what really convinced me to go with their software. The whole process, from training to implementation went smoothly. The documentation, billing and scanning features are all really comprehensive. Plus, the Dragon-voice integration is definitely a nice bonus.

Cons

They don't offer web-based networking, but they provided us with some really great alternatives.
