Pros

Working well for our (very) humble WA clinic. Alleviates the need for expensive staff hires for day-to-day patient management.

Cons

Agree with their pricing needing a recheck (though worth it if your patient influx is good/stable).

Perfect EHR for non-techie physicians
Pros

We’re a small Salem, MA downtown clinic focused squarely on patient care; don’t have any time for complicated EMRs. Picasso works well for us on all counts.

Cons

It’s a bit expensive for small practices.

Robust, Customizable system
Pros

System improvements from the company have made it even easier to use for any level of tech experience. The system is very robust with a lot of great features and has the ability for customization.

Cons

The way the scanned documents are stored and organized isnt ideal for software with such high regard.

You are able to do everything electronically!
Pros

I like that you are easily able to chart on patients, you can make preset templates for charting and can preset order sets, and you are able to do everything electronically. You are also able to switch between inpatient and outpatient settings easily

Cons

It can sometimes be hard to find a different patient list.

Always improving!
Pros

Very easy to run reports and scheduling. The transition from paper charts to e-charts has been great due to amazing customer support. They are always updating and improving the products which leave no room for any error.

Cons

Some issues with spell check and nothing else to report.

Amazing team that is always on the go!
Pros

This EHR vendor is easily available to meet all your requirements. Their customer service is fantastic which compelled me to buy this software. From training to implementation, the whole process was quite smooth. Documentation, billing, and scanning features are quite comprehensive. Dragon-voice integration is a plus point!

Cons

They do not provide web-based networking but they gave us excellent alternatives.
