Pros

The customer support is Amazing! They are very quick to respond to any issues and are always willing to answer questions. You can also open this software on as many devices as you want, and there will never be any issues whatsoever. They are very dependable. Impressive work!

Finally Found the One!
Pros

The highlight is their customer support, super supportive and helpful. Always avalibvle. Also, its easy to use and handle. Updating information and scheduling appointments has never been easier!

Cons

With a little, more attention to detail and this software wouldve been a winner in the market.

Responsive software
Pros

The system is responsive and does what we want it. We do not have to waste time on useless clicking like other software in the market.

Not for Everyone!
Pros

The biggest plus point is their customer support team;they are responsive,nice and quick. Very much impressed by their dedication.

Cons

The system is difficult to navigate through. The features are not understood by all. It sometimes lags and crashes.

The layout is simple and easy to understand.

Didnt like the billing features, its too complicated and on top of that the customer support remain out of reach at times.

Amazing Customer support!
Pros

Planetrehab provides FANTASTIC customer support. We have our own dedicated agent who assists us with billing.I also like how easy it is to customise with this system. Highly recommended

Pros

It has worked for us and improved our practice management staffs productivity. We are able to facilitate our staff and patients too.

Cons

We have had some trouble logging in to certain accounts and have reported it to the company.

The worst solution
Pros

There is nothing good that we have to say about it.

Cons

It has been a nightmare since day 1. The training was inadequate and then whenever there was a technical issue (which is often) we could never get through to customer service.

Pros

We are able to get the maximum benefit out of it. There are ways to save your preferred codes especially in the report writing tool.

Cons

The customer service does not have any understanding of HIPAA regulations.

Totally usable
Pros

We love this more than our last software because of the usability. It has made our life easier by automating many of the procedures and simplifying filing claims.

Cons

There are too many options to choose from that it is hard to find the right one at times but cant complain.

Very sophisticated solution
Pros

Our patient records are now more comprehensive because we can use auto-fill options to add the standard information and focus on the details.

Cons

The training took too long and we had to spend many hours figuring it out.

Amazing product and service
Pros

You can easily schedule appointments and even change the details once it is set. Our staff and patients are both sent reminders to make sure there are no errors.

Cons

Every medical professioal has a different way to take notes and the program should be customizable according to that.

Regretting buying this software
Pros

We only selected this EHR because it allowed us to back up files on our own server.

Cons

They have no understanding of medical codes and the software is poorly designed. There was a lack of customer care too.

Service is better than the software
Pros

I am loving the ease of access and how simple the input functions are. I can create my own schedule and also move around appointments from the dashboard. The customer service is the best and they are quick to respond to my complaints.

Difficult to use but the customer support is wonderful
Pros

They have a wonderfully technical and general customer support team who are always available to resolve our issues. We have our own dedicated person who knows our practice and gives us custom advice on how to solve our billing issues.

Cons

There are a lot of issues and it is not the most functional EHR software. There is no drag and drop option and the software crashes very often. We also wish it had a cloud-backup and allowed you to log in from multiple devices.

Not so user friendly
Pros

The customer service is excellent. Every problem is acknowledged and resolved at the said time. The staff is just super friendly and just a call away.

Cons

The system is hard to use. Not everybody can understand the features. It lags a lot and crashes often too. Its also not cloud-based which is a huge flaw.

Not easiest to use but overall its fine
Pros

The customer service at Planetrehab is fantastic. They provide us with a specific representative who assists us with billing and claim disputes. Our representative is always available via phone and is extremely helpful. Additionally we have a specific tech support person who provides assistance with any technical issues. They too are just a phone call away and are excellent at what they do.

Cons

The system experiences frequent crashes and lags making it unfriendly for users. It lacks the feature to drag and drop appointments like other software and it is not cloudbased causing inconvenience. Also if you log in to the same account on another computer it automatically logs out the account that was already logged in.
