Pros
Managing and sending reminders of appointments is not a problem anymore. As I need to keep track of everything as a patient or regular medical user and Power2Practice simplifies every tasks.
Cons
There are a few software bugs that should be fixed instantly. Issues like sudden closures during work and the inability to send files at times are the other major problems that need to be addressed promptly.

Worst EMR I've ever seen
Worst EMR I've ever seen
Pros
Sending custom prescriptions and compounds is not a problem anymore. They emphasize on functional/integrative medicine which is quite appealing too.
Cons
I used this system over a year ago, so I can't recall all the things I disliked about it. However, I must say it was the absolute worst EMR I have ever used. Having worked with approximately 20 different EMRs in various settings such as the military, hospital-based clinics, private clinics and ERs, I have never come across a system that was less efficient and more frustrating. This EMR significantly slowed down my workflow compared to any other program I have used. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for an alternative EMR. Because I firmly believe that any other EMR would be a better choice!

P2P is lacking in several categories compared to EMA from ModMed
P2P is lacking in several categories compared to EMA from ModMed
Pros
One advantage this operating program has over EMA is that it allows us to integrate a scheduling system into the same system we use for documenting and recording medical records. Another positive aspect is that "tasks" in P2P, which are equivalent to notes, can be completed while still giving us the option to reactivate and edit them anytime.
Cons
I find the entire rx and med list section of the program quite difficult to learn and adapt to. There are too many options for sending prescriptions, such as e-scribe med, compound and medication. Unfortunately, not all of these options allow faxing, leading to the need to manually call in some prescriptions, which is time-consuming. It's also inconvenient that once you deactivate a prescription due to a patient discontinuing it temporarily or permanently, you can't easily reactivate it when required without creating an entirely new prescription. Additionally, I would like to have a visible place to write important notes or tidbits about patients when I first enter their chart. It's also lacking in showing who uploaded documents into a patient's chart, despite being able to see who scheduled an appointment.

Useless EHR for Functional Medicine Family Practice
Useless EHR for Functional Medicine Family Practice
Pros
Well Fullscript integration is a nice feature but it is also available in other EHR's.
Cons
Our experience with their sales, training and customer service support was the worst we have ever encountered. They completely deceived us by not disclosing that the EHR they sold us lacked capabilities for pediatric and women's health. Now, as a family practice, we are left with a useless piece of junk EHR just days before our opening. Finding a suitable replacement will take time. These dishonest individuals have cost us a significant amount of time, money and an incredibly difficult startup. I urge potential buyers to be cautious and not trust anything they are told. When you will realize how awful this program is, it will be too late as I can guarantee they won't return your calls.

Great for big or small clinics
Great for big or small clinics
Pros
I really like the fact that it gives the ease of scheduling, checking in and out patients and submitting insurance payments. The new feature of text reviews and appointment reminders via text are helpful in getting the job done.
Cons
Setting up the Medicare software was a lengthy process with several miscommunications, but finally after three months, it runs smoothly.

Pros
It is easily accessible and user-friendly. I can easily teach my patients how to use the system, and I love the fact that I can access everything from my phone. Because convenience is the key!
Cons
Occasionally, there are issues with fax connectivity. Also I believe one thing that would would greatly improve patient care productivity if there was always a bounce-back notification when a document fails to send quickly.

It's very difficult for patients to use the portal side causing allot of frustration for our staff.
It's very difficult for patients to use the portal side causing allot of frustration for our staff.
Pros
The exam section and questionnaires are thoughtfully designed which allows patients to provide valuable information when filled out.
Cons
Unfortunately, as a healthcare provider, I find it very frustrating and time-consuming to assist patients in filling out the questionnaires. Additionally, prescriptions often get lost within the system which cause delays in getting them to the pharmacy. We have to create our own templates for charting, as the promised aesthetics feature doesn't allow us to upload pictures taken, always resulting in oversized images. The services offered by this company are overpriced and they make promises they can't fulfill, like providing a virtual answering service that turned out to be nothing more than an expensive answering machine. We received incorrect telephone numbers and lost potential patients as a result. Moreover, we were charged for services despite being promised an introductory rate. It has been a frustrating experience trying to grow with this company, which is still trying to establish itself. I urge caution when investing your money, as once you're committed, changing systems becomes a hassle. The lack of follow-through and support is deeply disappointing. I've had to deal with multiple customer service and support personnel changes throughout the process, making it impossible to get answers when things go wrong because the person in charge has already left the company. The portal often freezes, causing providers to lose important information, and it's a constant source of frustration compared to other EHR systems used at different facilities. I genuinely hope they improve their services because I really don't want to go through the process of changing again.

Disappointing start and finish
Disappointing start and finish
Pros
The physical exam templates and supplement directory are fantastic. Although the patient history form was great but unfortunately, patients very rarely completed it due to difficulties accessing or receiving it correctly.
Cons
I'm disappointed with this system due to the challenges I faced in obtaining information from patients. The lack of a dedicated page for chief complaints, along with difficulties in prescribing and the need for follow-up, added to the frustration. Additionally, there was a poor communication from the company side, and the cost gradually became too much over time.

Finally an EMR that won't disappoint!
Finally an EMR that won't disappoint!
Pros
Power2Practice is an amazing cloud-based EMR! It caters to practices of all sizes, whether large or small, and specifically caters to Integrative and Functional Medicine, which is a long-awaited feature! The support provided is excellent and quick. The software is highly intuitive that anyone can learn to use it properly. Plus, it's remarkably affordable for smaller practices seeking a solution to get started quickly. I highly recommend it to anyone practicing integrative or functional medicine, or anyone seeking an innovative and reliable EMR.
Cons
No complaints.
